Worst earbuds of the 10 i have tried

Earbuds will not stay in your ear. If you use for longer then 10 minutes they will fall out. Do not buy. 2 hour use expect to put in your ear at least 30 times. They won’t stay in. If you loose 1 as I did. It fell out in motor compartment right before I was going to put in again

Garbage

These earbuds take forever to sync, sometimes syncing only one ear bud and not the other. Another really annoying thing is that its always popping a few minutes in to the point it makes my ears ring. Stay away from this over priced garbage of a product.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love headsets but I honestly cannot give a good review on the bose. 1st when I have both headset on I feel like I'm in a tunnel 2nd when I run and have a hooded-sweater they are so sensitive that my song and volumes changes the whole time. I got so frustrated that I just went back to my old headset.

It is odd that you'd feel like you're in a tunnel while wearing both earbuds, and I'd recommend adjust the noise-cancellation level (https://bose.life/4920eh2) with a custom mode). Lowering the amount of noise-cancelling can reduce the pressure feeling. I would also recommend to avoid touch the flat touch surface of the earbuds when in use, this avoid accidently presses during use.

Will never buy from Best Buy again

They were lost by mail but Customer service was NO HELP after speaking to them for over an hour. Ended up having to dispute on my credit card. Will NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy again. Got it from Amazon in 2 days with no issues for the same price so I would purchase from there.

This model is way below expectations, takes longe time to connect to iphone specifically 15 seconds vs other brands takes maximum of 5 seconds, manufacturing defects and horrible noise cancelling.

Not good for calls
