    Not the Bose I am used too...

    Had these less than 2 months and right ear bud has "rattle" noise. There we not dropped, they saying their case while not in use, really disappointed. Bose has been a go to for me for years in a variety of products.

      If the right earbud of your QuietComfort Earbuds II is "rattling", there could be different causes of this. Try rebooting your smartphone, to ensure the Bluetooth connection is strong.     This was my second in a year.. the replacement.. and the right ear plug is not getting charged and since this was a replacement of the original the warranty is off.. Bose is losing its durability.. no more bose for now

    High quality build, stays in your ears, heavier on the bass if that is your preference. Battery life is very good, check the stats. Noise cancelling is next level, it really islolates your music. Better in all categories in general than airpods. The only negative is you have to do a lot of registration/logging in with confusing setttings with a separate bose app that doesnt work well. Once you get over that hurdle they work great.

    Left earpiece broke after 13 months, funny how that's right after the warranty period ends.... The left earpiece now just nonstop cracks and keeps popping which left my ear ringing for the rest of the day on the last day that it was working.

    I went through three sets of these within a one year span. Each time the case would stop charging the ear buds. Went to another product and have been 100% satisfied in leaving these behind.

    This is my second pair of Bose earbuds and just like the first pair I had, they stopped working (in this case the left one) just as the warranty was expiring.

    Very poor connectivity

    Completely unusable due to Bluetooth cutouts. Even when the Bluetooth didn't cut out, the app wouldn't stay connected for more than a minute. Noise cancelling must have been defective on mine because it ended up amplifying the sound of my ac unit even when the app said I had a good fit.

    I bought these 1-month ago, and EVERYONE says they can’t hear me. The mic is awful! The listening quality is fine, no better or worse than the JBLs or the earbud Pros I’ve opened in the past- but if you intend to use these to talk to someone else- pick ANYTHING else.

    in this product the left side of the ear automatically disconnects after 5 minutes we went to besbay and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should keep the product I will not buy anything from this store again

    The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds 2 are absolutely amazing! As with all wireless earbuds that claim to be noise cancelling, I was a bit skeptical. These really are! Customizable fit means that if your earholes aren't the same, you can really get them to fit you correctly with the supplied 3 soft ear pieces. Setup is super easy. The guide includes a QR code for the app. Once you have gotten the app for your particular phone, setup is a breeze. Trust me, you WANT the app. The eq adjustments alone are worth it. You can also custom name your earbuds. There are different modes you can set up. The Earbuds 2 have a 'quiet' and an 'aware' function. Quiet is complete noise cancellation, while aware lets sounds through so that you can hear ambient noise almost as is you weren't wearing them. Great for turning off music to have a conversation. Easy controls, that are partially customizable for volume up/down, use features , next/previous track and accept calls all without having to go to your phone. Useable with voice assistants on both Apple and Android phones/devices. Connects to every device I could find with bluetooth. Tablets, phones, laptop and desktop. Sound quality is amazing as well. Excellent bass, midrange and clear highs. Bass had good thump without distortion, highs/treble were clear without being tinny. The sound really gives the impression of "Filling Space". Audiophiles will really love these earbuds For motorcycle riders, they do fit under some helmets comfortably. While probably not recommended as earplugs for riding, they do a good job of reducing wind noise, while being able to hear whatever you may be playing (couldn't find anything specific from the manufacturer about how many db reduction). The ultimate test for me was using while mowing. They really do block out a lot of the noise from the mower. So much so that music could be listened to at a reasonable volume without blasting out eardrums. Phone call quality is excellent. Parties on the other end could hear me clearly with little to no background noise or distortion. No 'tunnel' sound like on a lot of headsets. The charging case is pretty on-par with an LED light to indicate charging. My only concern is on a couple of phones, the app would randomly not connect to the earbuds. Force stopping the app and restarting it fixed the issue every time. It wasnt enough of an inconvenience to drop a star, as even when not connected to the app, they still connected and worked with the devices. All in all, highly recommended!

    Slow transaction leading to incorrect purchase

    The representative at the register took over 30 min to locate the item that was not what I wanted. Then he tried to convince me that it was when it clearly wasn't. Another representative finally came to help me and got me the correct brand but the wrong model. I wanted the sports earbuds.

    After 16 days the rubber on the earpiece tore off and cut the inside of my ear and the earbuds quit taking a charge. To top it off, Best Buy has a complete garbage 14 day return period. They clearly have no confidence in the products they sell. This is the worst return policy I've ever heard of avoid Bose earbuds and Best Buy!!

    I’ve bought Bose products for years and have loved everything I’ve ever purchased until now. These are absolutely horrible earbuds. Left ear won’t hold a charge even after trying all the problem solving techniques from online searches. Unfortunately can’t return after two weeks. Don’t waste your $$ on these.

    Will not stay in. I've used bose for years. Ive tried all combinations of size bands. Sadly this product is a miss. Quality and controls are fine but if they wont stay in during a workout they are a zero in my book.
