    The heads phones stopped working after 45 days and bestbuy basically told me i was out of luck. The kid that helped us was rude and not Helpful at all

    They sound amazing sure but some stuff that irritates me is the app is SUPER clunky. And the fact that i can only use the right earbud alone if i want the left it has to be both in. Then again with the already terrible batter life makes sense to not try and get the most if it. Ill stick with my airpods and xm4. Also cheaper…

      Great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the buds, but sorry to learn you didn't feel the same way about our app. What you have noted is due to the way the buds communicate with your media device, but I am pleased to confirm we have an update coming soon which will allow you to choose which bud handles this, so you can pick which bud you wish to use in singular mode.

    I love Bose headphones. This is my third pair and they will not stay in my ears. I’ve tried switching out the tips in every possible combination and they still fall out- even if I’m sitting perfectly still. Will probably be returning.

    Bose Quiet Not Worth 2

    Here is my opinion about Quiet Comfort 2: Pros: - more comfy than the previous generation - huge improvement in ANC - Better sound quality(only if you wear both earbuds) Cons: - no more switch between devices with the case button which is a huge drawback. It takes way more time to switch using the app or bluetooth menu. Specially overwhelming when you’re listening to something and your phone rings. You will miss the call if you try to switch. - falls out from ears more than previous generation - Quality of speaker and microphone significantly drops if you use only 1 earbud, to the point that the other side of a call can’t hear you. You need to wear both earbuds which wasn’t the case with the 1st generation - No wireless charging capability Overall: - Overpriced in compare to rivals - Not really an upgrade from the 1st generation

    I received a damaged report from UPS but I cannot get any information on what is happening with the product. I have interfaced with customer service and received words and no action. I finally had them cancel the order.

    Worst earbuds I have ever purchased. Sound quality was horrible. They wouldn't stay in your ear. They kept fading in and out. I would never recommend these to anyone .
