    Didnt enjoy these at all. Took them back and got Airpod Pros instead. They werent too iphone friendly imo. Especially to answer phone calls etc.. wouldnt recommend

    Once again my earbuds arent workong properly. I bought the first gen and they had the same problem. I am thinking this is a trend.

    I expected these to be top-notch noise canceling headphones soon as I put them on I just felt and heard that they were way worse then my previous headphones Sony wf1000xm4. After 2 months of just wearing these I try connecting them to my computer and a completely just malfunctioned the left earbud only went up to like 10% volume compared to the right the only good thing about these were the audio quality and that was subpar would not recommend

    My second pair in a week the first one i had to return because there was a statiqui noise coming out of the right ewrbud while listening to music i than returned and bought another pair and guess what the same noise coming out of the same earbud it sounds like a piece of trash bag moving around in my ear is so annoying im bringing these back im so disappointed with these earbuds dont get me wrong theu sound great but idont wanna spend 300 and hear a piece of noise in my ear makes slno sense whats going on with these new earbuds is anyone experiencing the same problem

    I really want to give these 4.5, but I'm not rounding up because 5 would mean that they're perfect. I am a Bose fanboy/lifer and think that these are a very worthwhile addition to the Bose lineup. I bought the first QC earbuds when they came out and have been very happy with them for 2+ years. I didn't actually need these but got curious enough to give them a try after resisting during their release. The biggest pros are the much more compact case size and the smaller profile of the buds in-ear, although neither aspect of the first generation bothered me that much. Sound quality and noise cancelling don't seem to be all that different from the first gen, but that's not a con because they were excellent for the first gen. The meh of these is only specific to people that might be switching from the first gen, and it's that the touch controls are slightly different. Not a huge deal, they're easy enough to learn, but it seems unnecessary for them to be different between generations. The biggest cons for these are 1. no wireless charging (huge step down from the last generation) and 2. still no multipoint connection, with no likely future of it. I am not sure whether competitor earbuds have multipoint connection (I believe it is an upcoming update of Sony's version of these), but Bose over-ears have always had it. It is not too difficult to switch between devices but at this price point--highest in class, I believe--there should be no holds on features. The cons are significant enough that if I were a first-time Bose noise-cancelling earbud buyer, I would lean toward buying the first generation that is now $100 cheaper.

    Sounds great and feels great but has major connection issues to my iPhone 13. It currently says it’s connected but no sound. I’ve tried restarting everything. Re connecting the Bluetooth and nothing.

    The are extremely expensive and they do not sit comfortably in my ear even with the small cushion. I was only given one medium size cushion and when I am talking the person I am talking to can always hear the background noise.

    Horrible experience, do not purchase Constantly needs to be rest, does not work when you need them to. Best Buy provides no support and will not allow a return. Poor customer service experience

    Highly recommend Bose and Best Buy

    These are amazing! Fit, comfort, sound quality, and noise cancellation are all excellent. I’ve had perfect call quality and have owned these for almost 2 months without issues. I have very small ears and found most earbuds to not only be very uncomfortable but, at times, would be flat out painful and fall out of my ears because they didn’t fit. I tried AirPod Pro 2nd Gen. (my least favorite for sound quality, noise cancellation and fit in my ears) I also tried Beats Fit which were better but still painful to wear for more then 30 minutes. Bose have been flawless - they’re still a little too big for my ears but don’t cause any pain and I can wear them for an hour or two before having any feelings of discomfort. The noise cancellation is unparalleled- one earbud in has great “transparency” still blocking noise but lets some through. When both are in, the noise cancellation is truly incredible. Best Buy experience was fantastic. I described the issues I had with Beats and AirPods and the manager let me try them in store to see what I thought before leaving and talked through other options. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Best Buy and specifically getting Bose earbuds.

    The earbuds stopped working properly after 3 months. I contacted Best Buy and the robot chap was absolutely useless. I had to go directly to Bose.

      Hello Leonel. I recommend that you check that your earbuds' stability bands are firmly seated on the earbud, if the stability band is not flush to the earbud it can cause the earbud to sit incorrectly in the case, preventing it from charging.
