    There is a lot of background noise and people can not hear me when talking on the phone. These are not worth the price

    The person using them you can hear all the background noise when on call. Annoying. Payed so much for nothing.

    I have it almost a month. It was great at beginning but the left ear can’t charge after all. I can’t believe this is the quality of Boss!

    i have always loved Bose products,Picked these up a week ago. Great ANC,the best on the market. They made them smaller and lighter.Sound is always great and Case is much smaller than the previous ones. There are a few things that I'm dissappointed about, First, even when put the earphones in the case it stays connected to my S22 Ultra, kinda strange. I have to manually disconnect it from my phone even if its in the case with the top closed.Secondly, No wireless charging this is 2022. thirdly, when i want to use one ear phone only it has to be the left one. they are not independent of each other. I wasnted to give it 5 stars but just can't. Maybe a software can improve these thingg

When placing both earbuds into the charging the case and closing this, it should disconnect your headset and power off the earbuds. Independent earbud usage is here!     Work well for 2 weeks. Right earbud started loosing volume until it died completely. Bose’s troubleshooting is useless.

    bad syncing issues. random popping in the ears. had to replace with new ones 2 times now....

    pros: 1. Great ANC 2. Great basses (probably won’t be for audiophiles) 3. Wingtip gives great ear stability yet still very comfort 4. Has EQ settings in app 5. Has touch control for volume (works most of the times) cons: 1. Release half baked, fixed by various firmware updates. Some improve stuff some don’t. 2. Buy these earbuds mainly for flights. Not for calls. 3. Latest firmware 1.3.26 injected many new bugs (suddenly dropping connections , audio stability). So make sure you buy old box with firmware 1.1.x. . There is no way to downgrade aa firmware nd if already own a Bose QC2 : do NOT upgrade . 4. Charging case firmware is done elsewhere. 5. Case is very delicate. do not drop it as it will break very easily. does not have a charge gauge . one led with 2 colors: green and yellow. Yellow is anything below 90% . Bose music app does not show case status 6. If seal is too tight : while commuting via bus you will hear clap sound every time the bus jumps, air pressure changes. The DSP can’t handle fast pressure changes like other brands. 7. When calling, talk loud as the microphone is lousy. especially in a noisy environment. Mic will pick everything including the wind , the air condition flow … 8. Bose music app fails to find earbuds in many cases. You may enter what I call the “pairing game”. It’s a casino , and as such , in most cases the house wins. Not you. 9. For best results on Android: uninstall the Bose music app once you have configured what you need. The app is causing tons of issues on top of the firmware issues I already mentioned. 10. Awareness mode is really bad compared to competitors at this price level.

    Well The build quality on these in ear headphones are amazing The ability to name the headphones broadcast ID is awesome. Had to do an update to the headphones once they were charged up. That process was a bit confusing but its best to pair the headphones and leave the device you have paired open an on the update screen and let it do its thing. Now onto the headphones. WOW this have some new cutting edge features in noise reduction. to the point i could use them at work near loud noise with no damage to my hearing. I had to use loud air tools and felt like it was barely there. It will also adjust to the sound intensity which is major plus. I used this example because this was the best way I could test them to see how well they worked. Now music and calling are next level clear. I was still tweaking the sound profile via the app but over sound came over super clear while I played any music genre I tested. Even deep bass music has no problems with no distortion. Color me very impressed with music and phone calling. Everyone said I sounds really clear did I get a new phone. That speaks volumes One last thought is it comes with multiple in ear attachments to ensure a nice tight sound seal. This causes the best seal and audio fidelity. You can adjust some sound fields but would make sure to use with a newer phone or device that can take advantage of the sound quality these headphones can produce. I used them on a 5 year old tablet and noticed how much the Bluetooth standard has changed. but the still sounded good but you could there was a difference! But in the end it is based on your hearing and preferences.

    Sound very horrible Poor quality. Did not work with my phone very well so I will not recommend it to somebody else.
