    For some reason the noise canceling never work on my ears. I guess i have big ears

    Right Buds kept slipping out of my ear and the left Bud had no sound

    Really decent earbuds!

    I've been using bose earbuds for the better part of the last 3 years. They're really really nice earbuds, the noise cancelling is fantastic (great on airplanes). The only issue I've ever had with Bose earbuds is that sometimes the connectivity bugs out and you need to repair it, the case will also sometimes not charge one or both earbuds if it gets jostled the wrong way. But these issues are rare, and are very minor issues that do not affect the product as a whole.

    Not as good as I expected for the noise cancellation, but definitely top tier. I chose AirPods Pro 2 instead.

    Horrible Software Bugs

    These earbuds have horrible compatibility with iPhone, I’d recommend staying away from them. Mine drop phone calls and then disconnect from my phone. Afterwards I need to play around with them like they’re some $5 earbuds and try to figure out how to connect them to my phone again. Quite ridiculous for such an expensive set of earbuds.

    Great ANC, TERRIBLE CONNECTION ISSUES!!

    I REALLY wanted to love these earbuds. The noise cancellation is amazing and that's the main reason I bought them. HOWEVER, holy crap is the connectivity BAD!! If you connect them to one device and never connect them to anything else, I guess that's fine. But, EVERY TIME I try to connect them to a new device, I have to remove them from the other devices completely, reboot the new device, set up a new connection in order for them to be okay. Once I transferred them back from my laptop to my iPhone, I could hear music and videos, but if i tried to take a call, the other person could hear me but I couldn't hear them. I always had to switch my phone to speaker. This is a HUGE functionality problem for me. I have sony XM5 over earphones and they do not have this issue. The other complaint I have is that the volume just really doesn't go very high. At the highest volume, they're okay, but it's pretty limited. So, now I'm looking for the box they came in to see if I can return them and try the new Sony WF1000XM5 earbuds. I would keep the Bose if it weren't for the connection issues, but that's just too big of a headache for me and I haven't figured out how to resolve it.
