Decent but not worrh the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over the course of the last few month I’ve had these Bose, Beats, AirPods, amd Sony. They all have their pros ans cons. My issue with these Bose earbuds. Is for the price tag you should be able to enjoy your music as well as your phone calls. Unfortunately these fall extremely short in the phone call department. They synce quickly when it comes to compatibility with an Iphone. But every time Im on a call the receiver can hear ALL of the background noise which is extremely unfortunate. I’m a huge Bose fan and when it comes to in home theater. All of our tvs are setup with Bose soundbars ans subwoofers. But unfortunately when it comes to headphones theyre still behind other brands. I will say if you’re only going to use them for music. You will be happy and wont have much to complain about. Music sounds good and isnt 100% noise cancellation but does a decent job for an in ear unit. The battery holds a decent charge and earbuds wont fall out of your ears easily. But if you plan on using them for music and calls. These probably aren’t going to be worth the money.

Posted .Hi, I am glad to hear that your earbuds sync quickly and that you love using them for music. It is surprising that background noise is picked up during calls. Have you tried making sure that the earbuds are in 'Quiet' Mode. This ensures that the noise cancelling is at its max and should cut out any other noise. The mode can be switched via the bose music app or by tapping on the earbuds if you have enabled it in the app.
If you still are picking up too much background noise, we have a great guide that Im sure will help you truly get the best out of your earbuds: https://bose.life/3LWtD3V

Excellent Noise Cancellation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent noise cancellation. There are 10 levels of noise cancellation, and you can define two custom presets to easily toggle between your favorite levels. This is in addition to two built-in levels, which are "quiet" (the max setting) and "aware" (the min setting). With cancellation at max, and some light music playing, the world completely drowns away. This exceeds the noise cancellation ability of my older, wired, Bose noise cancellation earbuds, which is impressive since these are wireless. The "aware" mode can be configured so that it auto adjusts the cancellation level based on ambient noise. I use this while push mowing my yard. When the mower is off, the cancellation is off, and I can hear my surroundings, but as soon as I start the mower, the cancellation automatically kicks in and drowns out most of the mower engine noise. The battery life is amazing. In my experience it is better than published, even with noise cancellation at max. I use these several hours everyday at work, and I only have to charge the case once per week. The capactive touch controls are very nice. They work flawlessly, and I love that you don't have to press the bud into your ear, causing discomfort, as you would for physical buttons. I use the swipe up/down for volume control all the time, as well as the double tap for cycling through the noise cancellation levels. My only complaint is that my ears get a little sore after wearing them for 2-3 hours, and I have to take a break from them for an hour. But that may be that I am not using the right sized tips yet (still figuring them out), but overall the discomfort is slight, and only occurs after several hours of continuous use.

Posted .Hi Hunter,
Thanks for your feedback, we are glad to hear that you're loving the new QuietComfort Earbuds II. These utilize both active and passive noise reduction technologies. First, the proprietary eartips create a gentle seal against the ear to block some noise and create a controlled audio environment in the ear canal. Bose noise cancelling technology then uses microphones both inside and outside the earbuds to sense the sound wave of unwanted noise and immediately produce an opposite sound wave to counteract that noise. Then, Bose CustomTune sound calibration technology makes personalized adjustments to the opposite sound wave so it more precisely matches the way the outside noise sounds in your ear, resulting in out of this world noise cancellation.
Our Aware mode is great when you want that extra appreciation of your surroundings, like in your example, mowing the lawn. When starting up your headphones you're in Quiet Mode, with maximum noise cancellation applied. But a press and hold of the capacitive touch surface on the earbuds will switch them from Quiet Mode into Aware Mode, which uses the microphones on the earbud to pass outside sound through, naturally reproducing the audio experience of wearing no headphones at all – but still allowing you to listen to audio content.
As for battery life, The earbuds have up to 6 hours of battery life, and the charging case contains an additional 18 hours or 3 earbud charges, for a total product battery life of up to 24 hours. Even if the earbud battery is depleted, a quick 20-minute charge provides up to 2 hours of play time. We're glad that in your experience the battery life seems to exceed this!
These earbuds are comfortable enough to be worn for extended periods of time — and stable
enough to stay firmly in place no matter how vigorously users move. It sounds like you haven't got the correct combination of eartips yet. Take a look at our fit guide here: https://bose.life/3DhhIt2 this will help you get the perfect fit for a more comfortable experience. This will also help improve audio quality and noise cancellation features.

Don’t buy unless you’re ok with them not working
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Literally junk. Sound is amazing if the sound ever works. Had the first gen quiet comfort and those were a nightmare too. Couldn’t listen to music with case closed. Now that I’ve upgraded I’ve been excited to use these for work as they should just work and ofcourse, won’t connect. When it connects it doesn’t play audio. When I get it to play audio it only works for a few minutes then will just randomly say “charging” when not even plugged in and will disconnect. I’ve had nothing but problems after $600+ and 2 pairs later. Sick and tired of paying the Bose premium and getting junk headphones that can’t even function correctly. Will more than likely return today and Stick to simply crappy sounding but working Apple headphones.

Posted .Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience with your recent purchase. What you have described certainly isn't normal behavior. The buds should have no issues playing with the case closed, unless you're trying to keep one bud in the case? In which case, while not supported yet, we are releasing an update in the near future to bring support for single bud use!
Remember, you get lifetime technical support and a one-year product warranty when you buy Bose headphones, so if you run into any difficulties, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any help.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No way to see the battery life from the case, can only use the right ear bud by itself, compatibility issues on iPhone you don’t get on beats or AirPods, not worth the money if used with iPhone

These Things Are GREAT!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds II What can I say other than "I'm excited!" I haven't owned many earbuds, but in terms of build, form factor and sound quality, these are hands down a solid investment. Let me elaborate. Upon opening the case in a noisy room, I inserted the right earbud and was welcomed with an intro tune and a voice telling me that it was at 100%. I quickly inserted the left with the same effect. Very shortly after that the room went almost silent. I wasn't expecting that profound of a quieting effect and had to snap my fingers around my head to bring the point home that these things were in control of the sound directly around me. As a matter of fact, they seemed to be adapting (I'm not sure if they actually do that, as of this writing). Without knowing anything about the controls, as there wasn't any helpful written material other than the "Important Safety Instructions" that are written in every language known to man, I paired them to my Samsung S 22 Ultra, which went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The packaging says that they're made for iPhone, iPad, iPod and "works with" Android, but I'm thinking they work well with Android! With that taken care of I turned on Spotify to listen to some music while I fiddled with the controls. They're very intuitive and responsive and seem to work on either side. Later, I noticed the QR code to find that there is indeed a lot of helpful material online as well as the Bose software, which allows you to get into specific settings, if you like getting into finer details. The sound quality is amazing to say the least. There are sounds and lyrics that I hadn't noticed in even the most favorite of my lists. A lot of times I use earbuds when I mow the lawn and they just seem to muffle the lyrics, but not with these! Crisp and clear! I must imagine that the sound range is quite good. Deep bass that doesn't muffle the higher end, which is exactly what I need as I'm beginning to lose hearing in that range where words and lyrics just don't come through for me. Not being satisfied with listening to music, I called up my son to test the voice quality. I could hear him far better than I could with just the phone to my ear and he even asked me where I was because I sounded different to him. He clarified that it was a clearer sound to him, so I can only guess that there is some kind of filtering going on there also. There's apparently a lot to these powerful little gems. They do also come with multiple sizes of ear-cups and the standard USB C connector minus the power adapter if that's helpful to anyone. Bottom line for me is that these have a great deal of fidelity with ease of use. If I had to do it over again, I would, but I'd just make sure they're charged and then go straight to the QR code to get started. That will save most people some grief with figuring things out.

Almost Perfect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For me, these buds have great sound quality with easy EQ customizations to make them sound how you want. The ANC is unbelievably good. It was able to block out a motorcycle engine from about 4 feet away! The ambient mode is also really good, it's the most balanced I've used and can comfortably listen to the outside world with whatever I'm currently listening to. Touch controls are pretty simple, and they're the only pair of Bluetooth buds I use with touch controls. The gripes I have are no wireless charging, slightly cheap feeling case(especially for the price), and the worst being Bluetooth glitches. Typically, it only lasts for a second, and can be fixed by just putting them in their case and taking them out. Aside from that, Great earbuds overall though, I'd recommend them

Bose is slightly declining
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are Very Good Ear buds but..... for $250, they aren't worth it compared to the Competition! Airpods Pro 2 are better and are 50 bucks cheaper. More Bass and better sound quality with better noise Cancelation while costing $50 cheaper. These aren't better than the Sony WF-1000XM4 which are better in Everything except these have more volume and bass than the Sony WF-1000XM4. So thats a win for Bose. Bose just needs to Make a $400 Wireless Earbud Category because its best to pay extra for top ranked Sound Quality that you get with Bang & Olufsen EQ or Bang & Olufsen EX or Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 or Momentums. But yes these are a good selection if you don't want to spend more than $249+tax= $256. Even though Airpods Pro 2 are better Purchase $199+tax= $204 . Sony & Apple are cheaper with better noise Cancelation. Better sound quality kings are Bang and Olufsen or Bowers & Wilkins

Destroys AirPod Pros II
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These sound way better than the AirPods and they dont fall off your ears. The noise cancelling is also on another level than the AirPods. Lastly, the battery life is better and the charging case has way more battery. The only negative is that it doesn’t have the ease of use of AirPlay. I have not tried the Sony’s, but I highly recommend these.

SUPERIOR SOUND QUALITY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds have such a high quality sound. The bass is strong but doesn't overpower the other sound elements. Noise cancellation? Mind-blowing when I can hear how it literally cancels the background noise. Just overall wonderful sound quality. The buds are comfy and stay in.

not the Bose quality you expect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.pros: 1. Great ANC 2. Great basses (probably won’t be for audiophiles) 3. Wingtip gives great ear stability yet still very comfort 4. Has EQ settings in app 5. Has touch control for volume (works most of the times) cons: 1. Release half baked, fixed by various firmware updates. Some improve stuff some don’t. 2. Latest firmware 1.3.26 injected many new bugs (suddenly dropping connections , audio stability). So make sure you buy old pair with firmware 1.1.x. there is no way to downgrade so do NOT upgrade . 3. Case if very delicate. do not drop it as it will break very easily. does not have charge gauge . one led with 2 colors: green and yellow. Yellow is anything below 90% . Bose music app is missing case battery meter 4. If seal is too tight : while commuting via bus you will hear clap sound every time the bus jumps, air pressure changes. The ANC can’t handle fast pressure changes like other brands. 5. When calling, talk loud as the microphone is very weak especially in a noisy environment. Mic will pick the wind easily, so stay away from winds/car air-condition 6. Bose music app fails to find earbuds in many cases. 7. Buy these earbuds only for airplanes. 8. For best results on Android: uninstall the Bose music app once you configured what you need. The app is causing tons of issues.

Won't stay in ears!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Will not stay securely in my ears.
