Not Worth the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not worth the price. After a quick test, I placed them on charge. After 15 hours they only showed 70% charged. Used them and almost depleted the batteries, charged for 24 hours, still only showed 80%. Just don't think that should be the norm for $250 ear buds. In the sound, if I take one out to talk, it has some static and it takes placing them back in the charger for a couple min to reset. I have used them a few timws now and the batteries last abot 3 hours, constant use, and static is present. I plan yo return after today if they are not fully charged and static is cleared.

Not as good as the first one.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the first Bose quiet earbuds, the sound is amazing of course, it is Bose after all,at my job I can listen to my podcasts using only one, the right one. I wanted to buy this one bc Bose has a new software that you can use only one the left ear, since I alreadynuse mine for the right ear only I thought it would be perfect to buy this one for the left ear only when at work. The sound is perfection but it bothered me so much that I just used a little and had to return it, it's smaller than the first one, I like bulky things and it was not as comfortable as the one I have which for me was a disappointment!

You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable, stable experience. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched. If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

Poor case design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The earbuds are fine. They are quite and comfortable. The case design is poor. The function of the case depends on a very flimsy hinge. The hinge on my case snapped after I owned the product for only 2 days. Once the hinge snaps, there is no magnetic closure or anything to keep the lid on. Bose would not replace the case and wanted me to pay $99 for a new one. Now I have to keep the lid on with a rubber band. If you do buy these earbuds, get a protective cover for the case.

Bluetooth connecting is horrific

These don't connect easily and if you don't have the carrying case with you you cannot reconnect. It has become a nightmare to use these and I will be returning them. Its a shame because the noise cancellation is top notch

GREAT PRODUCT/ my own fault.

My suggestions to anyone who buys this product, take the time to put them back into their charging case, because the first time you don't you lose them. I had to save up to purchase these, losing one of them was heartbreaking.

Great earbuds for Sound - poor fit design

In addition the charging case is poorly designed. Placing the buds in the case and closing the case does not always guarantee a charge. You have to intently push down on the ear bud and ensure that it is contact. While exercising and other activities, expect to be constantly adjusting them in your ear.

Absolute Best Noise Cancellation from an earbud

Remarkable noise cancelling without the discomfort or cumbersomeness of other brands. This beats the premium offerings from Sony XMs, Jabra and Apple. Ive really enjoyed the Jabra Eltie 75/85ts for their punchy bass, the amazing fit and sound profile that accentuates EDM/HipHop in the Beats Fit Pro for workouts and the low profile designed buds and balanced sound of the Sony Linkbuds S. But these QC IIs revolutionize noise cancelling. For music, sound is crisp and clear and bass is well defined. Call quality is super clear and I appreciate the smaller form factor too. Very good improvements. I cannot compare these to the previous versions as far as sound quality.

What a let down.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to get these but quickly realized these are probably the worst pair of headphones I have ever used. The sound quality isn't bad but definitely isn't was I'd expect from Bose. I have long been a Bose customer and I own plenty of Bose products. The biggest issue with these is the connectivity. Connectivity is the most basic part of a bluetooth device if they can't get that right then what's the point. My son has a pair of 12$ Spiderman headphones that have better bluetooth connection reliability than these do. If you move out of range they lose connection the only way to reconnect is to forget the device and set up all over again. No amount of button pushing will let them reconnect. I have had issues with one ear bud connecting and not the other. I have owned these for less than 3 days and I'm already done with them, they are going back to Best Buy on my next time off. I have NEVER returned a Bose product, these will be the first. I'll go back to my Airpod Pros.

A risk?

I gave it 3 stars because I'm undecided as to whether or not to buy a pair. My concern is the consistent negative reviews for a BOSE product. I realize the ultimate decision is mine. But the negative reviews seem to say the same things from different users. Satisfaction guaranteed? I'm going to measure the negative responses against the positive.

Very Disappointed Experience

Customer service help me select these ear buds and told me they were $129 as the sign on the product said get to checkout and they are $299. Rings me out and I tell him I have some rewards I’d like to use states it’s to late I would have to return them and get checked out again whatever I’m over it at this point and leave. Get them all set up to my phone on the way home work great sound quality is out of this world! This was all on Friday fast forward to Monday I’m all excited to use these in the office guess what he’ll of a time pairing them to my dell computer but they finally paid…. Well one of them! Fight trying to correct the problem but it is never resolved reset them multiple time and changed several different devices and now can’t get them to pair with anything. Contact Bose and they say great news they can be exchanged with us for free just mail them back and we will send out a replacement pair in 4 weeks!! No thanks they will be going back to the store. 1st issue I’ve ever had with a Bose Product and I own several but might be time to change brands

Great sound poor craftsmanship

I’ve had to replace because the lid popped off the charging case less than a week after I bought them, and twice because one side stops charging. Way too expensive to be having this many problems.
