    As good as they sound and they are indeed good earbuds. My only problem them is you can use just one earbud they both need to be out the case to use them. Which is not ideal for when you need to keep in open ear at the office. Great for at home,gym or yard work but at work no good.

    No matter what I do, they will not come loose from my ears. The sound is astonishing crystal clear. Even in the aware mode you can hear every detail of the sound while lestening to what is happening around you. My only problem is that for the price and reputation of Bose, they should be able to connect simultaneously to at least two devices and switch from device to device depending on what device is playing. This is what I have been used to with other brands (this is the first time I own a Bose) With Bose you need to go to the Bose Music app and manually change to the device you want your earphones to connect to. Or manually connect from your device (for example your computer or phone). This is annoying since I want to hear music from my phone and be able to answer calls on my computer when somebody call me. I wish Bose would say this is going to change soon. Furthermore, I have been experiencing disconnect issues often. When I am watching a show in my phone, my earbuds get randomly disconnected.

    Very Disappointed in these. Sound is good, but design is horrible. They will not stay in my ear with this new design. I even ordered (and had to pay for and shipping) the "alternate sizes" and they still will not stay in my ear when moving. The original QC earbuds stay great, not sure why they would change designs. Also the left cuts off when using and have to place back in the case to get it to restart. The case has much to be desired as well, they are not friendly to get out of case and no more wireless charging, moving back instead of forward has never been the Bose way. Very Disappointed in Bose.

    Big time let down

    I've bought several Bose products, all were fantastic. High quality with no complaints. These however have been nothing but annoying to have. They take forever to connect, the pairing between devices gets forgetten all the time and you have to re-pair them, they just randomly lose connection while playing audio, and the microphone during phone calls is way too sensitive. Everyone I talk to on the phone says it's extremely loud and they can't hear what I'm saying (unless I'm sitting in a quiet room at home). I would not recommend these to my worst enemy.

    Amazing ANC

    I purchased my buds directly through the Bose store which provided me with the buds several weeks prior to their release at Best Buy. I was coming from the Sony XM4's which are still awesome but i do prefer my new Bose headphones. My only gripe is that i wish i could disable the touch control. When i am lifting weights overhead, sometimes my arms make contact with the buds which then pauses the music i am listening to. Not a deal breaker but maybe this can become a feature one day. In the end these headphones are amazing.

    No multipoint connect. Very uncomfortable after an hour, left nt ears throbbing. Returning them today. Sounds is ok but for bose you would expect perfection. Very bass heavy if you like that. The anc is phenomenal if you need it.

      Thank you for your post. While the QuietComfort Earbuds II can connect to and remember up to seven devices, they maintain a connection to only one device at a time during use. To connect to a second device that has previously been paired with the earbuds, you may simply select the QuietComfort Earbuds II on the second device’s Bluetooth settings menu, and the earbuds will disconnect from the first device and connect to the second.     Bought these to replace my Apple Airpods Pro. Was super excited at first, bass sounded good, fit was good, Bose earbuds would talk to you when you connect, which is a nice feature. After just two weeks the rubber fitting that goes around earbud tore, the right erabud would not connect, the tap feature on the side of the earbuds are horrible. I can't get it to pause, skip, or replay a song when I want it to. I was super disappointed. Return them and got the Apple Airpod Pros 2.

    Pauses randomly cannot be fixed!!! Overpriced

    I have long hair I try to work out with these and it pauses 10 times and one workout. I try to wear them with the helmet same thing pauses and presses random buttons the whole time can't even enjoy the music. So if you wear a hoodie or anything that goes over your ears while trying to enjoy music these are not for you please do not buy save yourself the trouble You can't even lock them to keep them from pausing or pushing random buttons

    It took so long to get these. It was almost not worth the wait. The company didn't do anything to make it right either. I did eventually get them but it was weeks after the birthday that they were a gift for.
