Good but I want more…
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound as you would expect from Bose but the lack of wirelesss charging on the case and the less than superb build quality of the case left me wanting more.

Excellent all around
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Both the build quality and the sound quality have exceeded my expectations. And the noise cancelling is the best I’ve ever tried. Sony earbuds and Apple Pro’s are both good choices as well. But I’m glad I went with these. Docked them one star for connectivity. Have and iPhone and the Airpods are a little more seamless. That said, they connect just fine to any bluetooth device.

Better than expectex
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noice cancelling works great, able to remove most sounds even with a varity of sound types: music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Sound range is even better and extremely comfortable even after 6-8 hours, which is about when the battery ends. Only issue is that the case isn’t as robust as I’d like.

What? I cant hear you!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exactly the quality and comfort I would expect from Bose. I really needed ear plugs to be able to concentrate while working from home and can’t use the headband style devises. I decided to give these a try. They are perfect for noise cancellation and of couse when im streaming music they sound amazing. I did try my husbands earpods before buying these one, and the Bose are way more comfortable in my ear.

A definite buy.!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely best earbuds I've tried. Noise canceling is excellent and the sound is phenomenal. Bose is pretty flat when it comes to their sound. Very clear mids and decent highes. Never really base forward or heavy. A lot of people love punchy base and this delivers on that front. Makes it a really fun time listening to while working out. Definitely check these out! You won't regret it .

Bose QC 2 Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Bose consumer for a while and I feel like they missed on these. The connection when you take one earbud out doesn’t consistently reconnect. I will often get echos when listening to voice recordings or while on “Teams” calls. The good is great when they are functioning properly. Sound is quality Bose sound. It blocks out all the noise. I love the “Aware” mode to hear surroundings while listening to a podcast or music.

Amazing but just fall short
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They were great but they are just not loud. I’m not exactly death but 15 years as a musician have left me pretty rough. The sound stage and ANC are phenomenal but they just don’t get loud enough. Returned them for that reason only.

Great audio, subpar fitment.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones sound amazing, the best pair of truly wireless earbuds I’ve ever heard. But the software controlling them is incredibly buggy, and looking into the previous generation and seeing the plethora of issues that it had on the software side, that often lead to bricked devices, I was hesitant to pick them up. I did end up giving them a shot, and I was even willing to deal with the software issues that popped up in my first week because the sound profile was better than even my AirPods Max. Sadly Bose decided to switch to a new ear tip system, similar to the old Jabra Elite Sport headphones, unlike Jabra, Bose does not give the option of foam tips, and I found the even their XL wings could not keep the headphones secure enough to handle running without using an oversized ear tip that did not match my canal (ruining audio quality and quickly leading to discomfort) . This has made it unwearable for me in athletics, which was the whole motivation for my purchase , I had to return them as I could not find a way to make them secure during BestBuys return window (and the return was a frustrating experience as they would not give me cash back from a debit purchase, it’s great to wait a week for them to profit off my money a bit longer, while I have to pay out of pocket for a replacement headset) On the software side, I would at times have issues where my IPhone would refuse to play a track when the Bose were connected, this seemed to of stemmed from a poor network connection as far as I can tell, despite my audio library being offline. When I moved to an area where I got a signal suddenly things started working, I’m wondering if Bose requires some kinda of call home? The headset would often have issues connecting to my phone and staying connected as well, and I found trying to control my media with the Bose app would cause the app to hang and the headphones to disconnect. The issues were inconsistent but I would spend a whole break at work trying to just make them work. It’s worth noting Bose offers additional fitment tips for an extra cost (something that should have been in the box) I gave these a shot, but they still weren’t able to stabilize the headset for me. If you have an average ear fitment, and the patience to deal with buggy software, these are fantastic sounding headphones, I’m sad to see Bose move away from their original ear wings, as theirs were always the earbuds I could rely on to fit.

Nope... Unstable connectivity, Cant turn off ANC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tl;dr: There are way too many minor/major issues to justify the premium price. I will be returning them. I really wanted to like these. The sound quality is excellent and the ANC is better than anything I have ever experienced in earbuds. Unfortunately, there are a number if issues that a premium set of earbuds should not have. Why would Bose not include a way to to turn off active noise features. The earbuds will remove some wind noise, but much of it is still transmitted through the microphones when wind gets above 5-10 mph. Every other pair of ANC headsets/earbuds I have owned has an ability to turn off ANC/"Aware" features. These do not. You get a sliding scale between actively blocking "unwanted" noise and actively Blocking "unwanted" noise while letting in "Wanted" noise. Why no passive only mode??? The connectivity is intermittent - at best - I tried to connect to my computer but the connection will randomly drop. I have updated the firmware, removed the earbuds from all other bluetooth devices (aka, my phone), Unpaired, "forgot", deleted all reference to the device on my computer, and tried to re-pair multiple times but it still drops; seemingly randomly. The mobile connection is also janky and will not connect sometimes. I have had to delete and re-add the device multiple times. While on MS Teams calls using a mobile device, the App will not even show that the earbuds are connected - thus - eliminating any adjustability. Not that there is much... The Bose Music app is very basic. The Equalizer has 4 "sliders" with 3 positions. No advanced EQ settings. You can choose 4 "Modes" to cycle through, all of which center around the same single more/less "Unwanted" noise scale. There are a couple esoteric modes for something called "Aware" mode and "Quiet" mode, but not much documentation on what the terms actually mean.

Just okay
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The previous version of these was better. These sound great, but lack some funtionality, like wireless charging. When you first put them in your ears, the bose startup sound is very loud to the point that it hurts.

Great new pair of headphones!
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a pair of the air pod pro wireless earbuds and they always fell out of my ears. These with the 2 different rubber fit options for my ears was awesome to choose the right one for me. Also the customization of the sound through the app is great! I sometimes have a hard time connecting them if i only have 1 in my ears at a time, but other then that they are fantastic!

Worse than the original QC Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a really great experience with the original QuietComfort Earbuds, so I figured I would pick up the next generation. What a mistake. (Anyone who wants to skip the following review, here's a summary: DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES.) I had to return the first pair because one of the earbuds stopped working completely. Best Buy was great and allowed me to exchange them, even though I was past the 15-day mark. Now, on day 16 of owning my new pair, I wish I could return them. The current generation is markedly worse in almost every way except for being smaller and having better sound (which is valuable, hence the two-star rating rather than one). Pros vs. the original QC: * Lighter * Better sound quality Cons: * Bluetooth pairing is extremely unreliable. With almost every use, there are situations where one or both earbuds will fail to connect with my Android phone or Windows laptop. * No battery gauge on the case. The original QC case showed how much charge was left; with the new one, there's no indication of charge level and no way to determine it in any way that I've been able to discern. * The headphones are so sensitive to being touched that if you adjust them at all in your ear, something unpredictable will happen to the audio you're playing back. When my first pair started glitching, I went to the Bose site to troubleshoot them. You can't even search for issues on their Web site without having the serial number of your headphones . . . which is basically impossible to locate on the device. Eventually I dug it out of the Bose Music App--which is also essentially useless. In my opinion, the QCII headphones are expensive and unreliable, and I don't recommend buying them.

Great unless you need a really secure fit
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted noise cancelling earbuds, and have loved my original Bose Sound Sport BT earbuds for several years due to their excellent sound quality, and secure comfortable fit. Most earbuds come with small, medium, and large exchangeable tips, and I always need the largest ones. I purchased these as my first choice with a bit of concern as Bose has changed the tip design, going away from the silicone tips with the flexible wing. I tried these on a trip to the gym, and though the sound quality is great, the fit was the poorest I have experienced, even with the largest tips attached. They both fell out less than 2 minutes into my workout. I know quite a few folks who use earbuds like the Apple AirPod Pros with no issues, but I required a much more secure fit. If you have a smaller ear channel, these could be a great choice for you.

Great Sounding but Hurt Long Term

Almost usable
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds amazing. Connectivity awful. Bass is deeper than any other earbuds. One or both headphones won't turn on or connect when I pull them out of the case about 40% of the time. If they turn on, sometimes one or both won't connect to my phone. About 80% of the time. It's just too hard to use them, but the sound is so good it's almost worth the frustration.

Great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best noise canceling earbuds around. If you want quiet and comfort, these can not be beaten. I also own the Apple AirPods Pro 2 and use them at times as they sync faster with apple devices and are easier to run/gym in. Though for long flights, comfort and sound quality these are definitely better. Highly recommend.
