Awesome sound! Very comfortable! They hold a good charge.

Purchase process was smooth. Packaging and everything inside checked out. The only thing I had an issue with the first time I used them, they are not as snug as I thought they’d be. Maybe I have a small ear. I did make certain I used the smallest option. I also, watched the video showing a tutorial on how to use the device. Still, it fell once while I was out shopping. It does block a good amount of sound, so I hope it serves the primary purpose of my purchase. To use on an airplane and have it block the noise, so I can sleep undisturbed without the bulk of over the ear noise blocking headphones. Not scheduled for a flight until early next year, so might update this review then with more details.

These are probably some of the best earbuds out there right now. Don’t pass them up the charge last so long and I’ve had no issues with them. They even have noise Cancellation or quiet mode, which is amazing! Loved my purchase

The sound on these are top notch, I don't think anyone in the earbud field is close to what Bose is doing. Unfortunately their life span is super short. I'm about to get my third replacement because they are no longer connecting to any device that I try to hook them up to. I really wish that Bose would focus on connectivity just as much as they would their sound, then it'd be incredible.

They cancel noise for me like magic but not for the person in the call and the left stops working independently sometimes. They sound incredible and the silence they give me is priceless!

I’ve had different sets of Bose for the past twenty years.I didn’t think they could get any better, but these are absolutely perfect in comfort and sound!I almost forget I have them in sometime! Also the charging process is top notch! I’m happy I spent a little extra for these! I definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking to upgrade!!

Noice cancellation is very good Not easy to sleep with but doable Sometimes disconnects from iPhone and need reset Can’t connect to more than one device.

The sound coming out of these is great , Bose Signature quality at it's best ! BUT they do need improvement on the software development side, BOSE needs to put more resources into it , polish it more and add more features ... this app is very buggy and inconsistent when it decides to work , alas I'm using these with a high end android phone (2023) so my device its not the problem... Bose should copy more from other manufacturers in the field such as Samsung and even Anker Soundcore! there's such wasted potential on this earbuds just because the controlling app is horrible ( at least on android ) , would pick them over any other brand any day but that's because I'm a Bose Fanboy !

I was super hesitant about buying these since the silicone tips are a radical departure from the original QC earbuds. The units themselves are far more expensive and who wants pain in their ears while working out? I swapped out the silicone tips for a different size (additional tips included in the box) and discovered that initially these made my ears itch when in use. That quickly went away after the first workout with them. The Bose app is required only to initially set these up for the first time and can be deleted after pairing is complete. I did experience the unit disconnect from my phone arbitrarily after a few uses but solved for the issue by repairing them using the bose ap. Aware mode is great for being out and about. Quiet mode is incredibly peaceful - the noise cancelling is best in class for something so small. Lastly, BUY THE ACCIDENTAL PROTECTION plan from BestBuy for these. These earbuds are wonderful but they aren’t made to last forever, especially if you drop them. And you will drop them because they are so small and stuff happens. They can get damaged pretty easily if they fall out of the case onto the road or ground and get crushed in the process. Better to have BestBuy replace them than be filled with regret and sorrow when they stop working.

The sound is great. I love how my hands are full and my phone rings. They tell me who is calling. The noise cancellation works well. I keep these bids in my ear all day long. Well that’s until they go dead but it’s in the case for 15-20 min and I have a hr more of music. I enjoy these earbuds. A must buy.

Headphones are of good quality, the sound quality is excellent, battery life is pretty good and the connectivity is very good with limited connect problems.

Really good quality ear buds, but I stuggle to keep them in my ears. The alternative sizing kit helps, but even when you get sweaty they fall out. If you're going for wireless earbuds, these are the ones to get, but you may want to consider alternative headset options if you struggle eeping buds in your ears.

I purchased this becuase the airpods pro are not fitting to good, and with this bose are amazing the fit, the noise cancellation are amaizing but when i answer some calls the people tell me that are not listen me correcttly, and in the same moment i change to airpods and the listening was to much notory, thats the reason i only use the bose to music and not for calls.

Best ANC in a pair of buds. Music is excellent. In fact, better than the original QC buds. I can go on using them for out without a fit issue. Very comfortable. Have used them in calls and nobody has complaint. I guess the only thing missing is the wireless charging.

Great sound!! Holds charge for hours. Features are a little hard to get use to.

These were the hands down BEST sounding earbuds I have ever had, however, in 2023 they should have wireless charging capability and some sort of locating service. They were a bit bulky, so not the best for workouts.

The QC2 buds are as good as the other reviews; used on transatlantic flights, trains and with other background noises they are fantastic. Three notes for those about to buy them. 1. The instructions can lead one down a very long rat-hole if one of the buds is simply not working. If when you first put both in your ear for the fitting process ... make sure you hear the rush sound before going further. The right one didn't work but since it guided me to update software I went along for a good two to three hours before determining the one simply didn't work. That. Was. Frustrating. 2. The Bose Music App for Android is not nearly as good as I'd like and after initial connection have rarely used it. Won't show how much charge the case has, and it it just isn't terribly functional. I also have a Bose Travel speaker which uses a different app ... they really need to tighten up their android apps. 3. On a better note; the store I bought them from (St. Peters MO) made the exchange hassle free, i was in and out with the new box within ten minutes. And as the main review points out ... the QC2 is a great devices. Last obvious note, if you want to use them on aircraft you still need to buy an audio adapter ... try to find one with a USB C connection for charging (I didn't).

A definite upgrade from the old version, louder, crisper, but not the best noise canceling on the market as they claim.. the best noise cancellation wireless earbuds so far that I’ve tried are AirPods Pro, sound quality and music listening I enjoy these the best! Noice cancellation works well too though. Oh yes and the bass is great too right on the money!
