4 stars out of 5 simply because I was still having ear fatigue even using the smallest buds. sound quality was excellent other than that. I returned these and purchased the Sony WF1000xm5 buds and sadly still own them. was a huge mistake and I should've just dealt with the ear fatigue :( I had to return my first pair of Bose ultra buds because they wouldn't connect but 2nd try was perfect lol

Great pair of earbuds. They sound really good and stay in your ears while running or working out.

I enjoy these earbuds as they block out most of the noise on airplanes or at the gym. The battery life is great and the charger will recharge them as well. Nice and compact to fit in a pocket.

Sound quality is absolutely amazing - there are some small quirks with connection and placing the buds in the case and the ANC is just short of Airpods, but worth it for the depth of sound and especially the base which feels like wired earbuds.

I've had these for almost a year. I love them. They are comfortable and stay in my ear. I've never had problems with them, but the last few days they aren't charging. I'll update as things progress.

Here is my thoughts, definitely worth buying for bose signature sound quality and top notch active noice cancellation, Love the new small factor design Combo ear tips fits-compare to its predecessor, The only reasons for for this two reason: hope Bose will fix that At this price point I am shocked that this headphone can’b be used standalone as only left or right ( the right has be out for that) This is insane Secondly, No option to shut off ANC and external sound all the way in app. Hope bose will fix those, other than that this are prefect in all aspects

I love Bose. I have purchased practically all of their top-of-the-line noise cancelling devices over the years and have been quite satisfied. That includes the first edition of these buds. I love them, but, what the heck--why not try an upgrade--the Quiet Comfort Earbuds ii? They're smaller and offer a few perks. So that's what I did. Out of the box, first time in my ears I noticed a hissing, not quite white noise in the background. I'm a musician and I do a lot of work with headphones and high-end monitors. Any kind of uninvited noise is distracting. So I went online then read the manual. Bose states (paraphrasing here) that a low, background noise is normal and should not interfere with enjoyment." The thing is, the literature for the Bose Earbuds 1 I was replacing did not include this disclaimer. And for good reason--there is no back/hiss the first edition of these buds. So, I packed them up, took them back to Best Buy and, fearing the Quiet Comfort Earbuds 1 would be discontinued, purchased another set of those in case something happens to the set I already have and use. I've been meaning to write this review for some time. Finally got around to it. I HIGHLY recommend Bose, but NOT this product.

I honestly love these! I was trying to find the right ones that had great sound and noice cancellation. The battery last long and I haven’t charged them since I got them.

Awesome headset. Premium sound quality. Could have wireless charging.

Love everything about my new QuietComfort Earbuds. They are comfortable, sound encredible but what love most about then is the Noise Canceling. Having the option of choosing to create my own stressfree environment.

Sound is great, having issues connection though. I have issues 1or 2 times with not wanting to connect to my devices.

These headphones have been absolutely amazing not only are they extremely comfortable but the sound quality has been fantastic I only wish that it was a little bit easier to use them in a talking to somebody scenario because they do sound a little muffled

Hands down best noise cancelling ear phones! Sound quality is amazing. Apple AirPods can’t compare. At the gym, when I have noise cancelling on, I can’t hear any weight or gym noises (weights dropping & clashing). Battery life is subperb!

These are amazing have had same pair for 3 years and still sound brand new! They never fallout!

Bought these for my so on her birthday. She liked the sound of them, but one of the earbuds just stopped charging/connecting or playing any audio. We tried cleaning the ear buds and the case and even tried factory defaulting them but ended up returning them.

I wasn't expecting to like these Bose earbuds as much as I did. They fit well in my ears and stayed in while mowing the lawn and breaking a sweat. Never had any connection issues and the audio quality is stellar.

I've tried many earbuds (Samsung buds +, buds pros, buds 2, buds pro 2, Apple AirPods pros, Skullcandy, etc) and these by far are the best so far. Noise cancellation is as or better than the AirPods Pro. They don't bother my ears like Samsungs earbuds. The only thing is, they are expensive.

Battery last longer than you would ever expect and the sound quality is phenomenal! Depth behind the speakers will impress anyone

Bought these for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! She loves the fact that they are noise canceling, also the fitment in the ear very comfortable, with crystal clear sound and good bass.
