Never, not but Bose again! Long story short. I lost the charging case within 2 months of owning. I called Bose To see if I could just purchase and they sent brand new set. Earbuds and case with no charge. Even sent a return label for me to send my original buds back. No questions asked. I know Apple has the find me tracking. But I once lost the airpod covers the little rubbing pod covers and they made me buy a whole new set just for 2 little things. Also this sounds is very Bose! Great noise Cancellation. But the Customer Service Chef Kiss!

I have had Bose buds in some form for a long time. This version has the great sound quality that I love about Bose but the buds are not as user friendly as previous models. The fit for me is unpredictable. Sometimes they fit snuggly and other times they fall out without warning. The sound occasionally clicks on/ off for no reason. When the fit is on point, these are great. If it’s not a good day, I am catching buds as they fall out of my ears. I have tried all the various sizes of adaptive rubber pieces they provide.

Sounds great for noise cancellation but aware mode is horrible. These are the worse for aware mode which in my opinion is needed in the earbuds form factor. These are ugly, no wireless charging, the wings do not help it stay in ear for some reason, just all bad. Also disconnects from device out of the blue so have to reconnect often.

The sound quality when listening to music is excellent, just as I would expect from Bose. It has great noise cancellation for listening. The fit with snug and comfortable. The ambient noise picked up when having a conversation with another caller was terrible. Everyone I talked with complained. I was looking for an all-around earbud, but these are music specific. It's a great choice if listening to music is your primary use.

Ahh, the Bose Quiet Comfort II buds. I'm listening to them as I write this review. A little back story, I own the Bose Sport Earbuds and the original Bose QC Earbuds and have used the 1st gen QC exclusively for the last 6 months. I feel when it comes to the QC II earbuds there are some tradeoffs. The Bose QC II buds are smaller with a smaller case and better battery life overall. The active noise cancellation is certainly more advanced than the previous generation. The quality for voice calls is also slightly improved. When it comes to the sound quality while listening to music it's excellent for sure, but I'm not sure it's an improvement. I've listened to music across all genres on all three (Sport, QC Gen 1, QC II) to compare, I let other family members do the same to get their opinion. Everyone had a similar opinion, that the QC II sounded excellent, maybe even slightly enhanced bass over the other two offerings, but that it wasn't necessarily "better" in sound as compared to the 1st gen QC buds. Even it seems the QC II buds had a slightly lower maximum volume than the 1st gen QC buds. It's not a deal breaker, as they are truly amazing ANC and sound quality in a smaller package. A few design gripes in regard to the QC II: I miss the multi light battery monitor on the case. The QC II has only one light. The case lid on the QC 2 has no latch and is very easy to open. This may be a plus for some people, but I can see it could lead to the case opening unintentionally. The question many people will have is: Should I upgrade from my 1st gen QC buds? It's not a simple answer. It really depends on what you are looking for. You want improved battery life, better ANC, and a smaller form factor? Then sure why not. Are you chasing a better sound experience? Stick with the 1st gen QC buds or see if you can test them for yourself as I don't think you will find these to be superior in that regard. In the end 4 stars because I had very high expectations.

Excellent product with state-of-the-art sound as one would expect from Bose. I use these daily while when working out. The earbuds stay in place when I am doing weights or running. You will not regret this purchase.

Coming from Air Pods Pro and using AirPods 3. The noise cancellation and sound is far superior to both. Bose should have added wireless charging. Call quality is mediocre.

They’re excellent! They sound great, feel great, and also have great battery life! Definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a pair of wireless earbuds!

I am a total Bose gal (even my SUV has Bose speakers) and I have owned about every pair or Bose buds/headsets, and these are my fave so far. Quality of sound, compact, comfortable and thenoise canceling is amazing!

Excellent product. Great fit, sound, and top of the line noise cancellation. I have to pair them to my phone often, however. These are the only ones that keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth. It’s inconvenient but manageable.

Great sound, and fits well in ear, does fall out or get loose. Touch controls are a bit touchy, but work well overall. Blocks outside noises well except for louder noises like a motor. Battery life is about 6 hours. Charges quickly.

Amazing set of headphones. Very good sound quality and amazing noise canceling, battery life is very decent. Carrying cases, lightweight and easy for travel. Bluetooth connection is strong and stable. Various adjustments in the Bose headphones app.

Sound quality is great, these are extremely comfortable, and noise cancelling is the beat i have ever experiemced with earbuds (and i have tried 2 different models of Sony buds and 4 different Jabras). Definitely recommend, they are worth the price in every way.

As the tire of my review says, these are "in my opinion" the best noise cancelling headphones out there. Overall the sound quality when listening to music, or watching movies is impeccable. The real and only setback of these headphones is on the mic quality. In a quiet environment they performed ok. In a noisy environment the mic was bad. The people on the other line could never hear me, and i often had to just disconnect the headphones. For the money, i think the mic should be far better than that.

I would say 4.5 stars. The noise cancelation features works well but not as good as i would like. Sound quality and power usage are awesome. I upgraded from the previous version and find these more comfortable. Overall great product.

The Bose earbuds are very good. I’m impressed with the way the stay in my ears and the sound quality is superb.

My first set of Bose earbuds. I can say they are my new go to pair. I have always been an Apple girl but I am hooked on these.

Love my Bose. Great price for a great quality earbud. I have to find the correct earbud cover so they stay in my ear, but mostly comfy.

My dad loves these. He works in very loud environments yet the sound from these is still crystal clear, and they are also very comfortable.
