The noise cancle capability is unmatch. I work at airport ramp which is one of the most noisy place in the planet. The music quality may not be as good as airpod pro, but it really fits in your ears well thanks to the comfort fit sleeves.

These earbuds are better than all the other earbuds!

Better than AirPod pros. Better ANC, adjust the EQ, not as seamless like AirPods with apple products but those minor features don’t make for better earbuds that stay in your ear no matter how much you sweat etc

Comfort and noise canceling is excellent. Battery life is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars

Top quality earbuds made out of durable top quality materials. The sound quality is exquisite, and thanks to the battery life im able to listen to music for hours and hours.

Best Earpods I have ever owned. Fit right into each ear correctly and the Bose system tells you if you have a good fit in each ear. The bass sound is exceptional and has added a new dimension to my music. Would highly recommend.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are darn near perfect - great fit, excellent sound, and the noise canceling is better than my Sony WF 1000XM4s. AND.....Best Buy shipping and customer service is far superior than Amazon! Keep it up Best Buy!

and noise cancellation is great. Easy to lose, though. Dropped the case with buds in it on an airplane. The case opened and buds fell out. Worse, the case closed back up, and I didn’t notice the buds weren't in there for a week. My own stupidity for not checking, but that was a little too easy to do.

Amazing Fit and Amazing Sound! I originally was gonna get the over the ear version of these, but these work out better for working out and being at work.

As anyone would expect from BOSE the sound qulity is unmatched! But with this new gen bud the fit and comfort now equals the sound quality. IF you truly enjoy your listening pleasures you owe it to yourself to try the BosE QuietComfort Earbuds II.

Okay, I purchased these for my husband and now I want them. I am going to return to the store to purchase a pair for me. These are such great noise cancelling in ear headphones. Not only do they perform well but they are extremely comfortable

These headphones are disappointing. While I was blown away by the sound quality and noise cancellation at first, I've had nothing but trouble with these earbuds. First, they constantly disconnect. I have had them for a month now and twice I've had connection issues so servere that I thought they were permanently broken. But even if I got a pair that didn't have connection issues, I would still be frustrated with these headphones. There's no way to tell how much charge is on the case. Not in the app, nothing until the headphones stop charging. Second, there is no way of telling where the battery is without opening the app. Yes, is tells me when I first put my headphones on, but then the next thing I know I'm in low power! Third, the controls are finicky. Sometimes it lets me do the press and hold function, but more often than not it doesn't. Adjusting the volume via earbud is cool though. All in all, two stars. I'm disappointed in these headphones, but they do have some cool features.

I bought these for my bf as a present, he’s had them for a while and he has not complained about them. The only thing is that recently he had an issue with connecting to his phone at the gym. There was no sound coming out but all I did was turn off his Bluetooth and turn it back on and then they connected. Overall these are pretty good, sound and quality wise

Overall happy with this product, usage time and recharge time are good, noise canceling is good, and sound quality is good. My only complaint would be connectivity with my samsung s23 ultra when trying to only use 1 headphone. Some times when trying to use the left headphone only upon closing the case the headphones would disconnect from bluetooth.

When the earbuds decide to connect properly, the quality of sound and comfort of the earbud is top notch. However, the earbuds sometimes do not connect at all to my iphone or computer. Examples: When I answer the phone and would like to switch to earbuds, when I am in airplane mode but have Bluetooth turned on, even literally right now wanted to connect normal and earbuds would not connect. Had to factory reset. These connectivity issues are extremely annoying for a product of this quality! Never buying Bose again

Bose had come thru again. They have listened to their consumers and brought out a smaller earbud without loosing any sound quality. The only thing I find wrong with them. I can't listen with the left earbud independent from the right, otherwise it's a great product!

This is the 2nd pair of BOSE earbuds that we have purchased and have loved them. But for some reason the 2nd gen pair has suddenly stopped charging the right ear bud in case.

I bought these for my mom and she absolutely loves them, they have really good ANC and they have excellent call quality. The only gripe she has is that when she talks in a call the other person can hear the background noise

I normally don’t do well with earbuds but these are actually comfortable and they stay in my ears. The ANC is god tier (it blocks out everything). My husband keeps trying to steal mine to replace his QC 1.
