I began to use the earbuds daily. Sounds like I’m in a theater. Actually jumped while watching a scary movie since the sound was that amazing. Like the option of adjusting incoming sound to different modes. Was a learning curve at first, but now 2nd nature. Worth the money!

I was looking for the noise cancelling capabilities and smaller earbud units. These QC IIs are fantastic meeting all of my needs. I use them for work on phone and video calls, for my daily jogs, and on the golf course. They are comfortable, pair easy with my Android phone and laptop, and have fantastic sound. Being a long-time Bose fan, I enjoy the quality of the sound. And now with ANC they are a step up!!

So not sure if this is a defect with Android devices I've downloaded the Bose app to activate noise cancellation and I still have people complaining when on the phone with about the background noise.

However, for talking on phone calls they are not as good as AirPods. If you want for music, the bass is incredible. I use for work / talking. Considering returning and going back to AirPods.

They suffer from constant connectivity issues that require forgetting and pairing the device to fix it. Sometimes they don't connect at all. Sometimes only a single bus connects. When you put the headphones in your ear, it plays a loud and harsh sound (by design) that you can't disable. In terms of sound quality, you're only paying for the Bose name. I replaced Google Pixel buds pro (gen. 1) with these headphones and noticed that the Bose have much better sound quality. Connectivity issues began within the first 2 weeks. Fast forward to today, I bought a pair of Pixel Buds Pro (gen. 2) and I can say that they blow these earbuds out of the water in terms of sound quality, connectivity, and ease of use. Best part: I don't have to hear the horrendous Bose connectivity sound anymore. Do not buy these.

They have good call quality in hearing but the other called hears more background noise than you talking. They are a little uncomfortable after wearing for more than 2 hours at a time but overall they are good heaphones.

Updated the ear buds the only way to to reconnect is to delete them from my phone and reset the ear buds wouldn’t recommend for the price and it’s a common issue no one knows how to fix it and Bose response was to release v3 of them idk if those have same issue or not.butt the quiet comfort 2 aren’t worth the price

Great sound, weak app

Amazing sound quality but fit/connection suspect

The EQ settings can be tweaked in the app, by default these are bass heavy but I really like it. My only problem is that while doing anything remotely active with these in, the left one seems to always work its way out of my ear no matter what wing or tip size I'm using for that ear. I also strangely found that by bluetooth connection would drop frequently and the app usually had trouble recognizing the earbuds and connecting to them, rendering the app's functions useless most of the time. I ultimately returned these, the fit and connection issues were just too difficult to get past, I need my earbuds to fit right and stay connected above all else.

With regard to fit, it sounds like you may have the wrong size tips installed. The included tips fit most people but if you find that none of them work well for you, you may benefit from purchasing the alternate size tip kit.
With connection issues, this can usually be attributed to a pairing problem which can be resolved by establishing a new connection, uninstalling/reinstalling the app and ensuring the firmware of the product is fully up to date.
