It'll connect but randomly disconnect when i pause the music.

They seem to struggle with syncing up though. About 50% of the time I have to pull them out, put them back in before they connect.

However they don't have multipoint support so only 1 device can be connected at a time, and it's a hassle if you have to switch 2 devices.

They work in conjunction with the bose music app at setup.thet hae settings you can customize for noise canceling and the mixing board is also really cool .they dont suck into your ear so you hear/feel every step you take like other noise canceling headphones i have tried in the past.

QC2...Yay or Naw?

I was up and running fresh out of the box after pairing. The sound quality in my opinion exceeds that of the original QC's and that's all I was looking for. However, while reading a review of the Apple Air Pods Pro2, I hope Bose will adopt similar features such as Spatial Audio, and Find my Earbuds in future products. In the meantime, if you're looking for quality sound, ease of use, and good ANC, I'll recommend the QC2s as your next purchase.

Just out it on and you have library silence. I wish to give 5 star, if there is noise isolation for the phone calls. The microphone catches every surround voice and is not good for phone calls, particularly when outside

One ear bud will just stop working. For the money that is disappointing but otherwise the sound, the noise cancelling and other features cannot be matched by any other!
