About 20% of the time these are inserted and act like they connect to the iPhone they are paired with, they actually don’t connect and manually connecting via Bluetooth in settings doesn’t help. Take them out, put them back in the overly large charging case, wait a few seconds, and try again. They might work the second time, or third time, or sometimes the next day after you just give up on them.

Very happy with them so far. The noise cancellation is great and the sound is what you expect from Bose. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to silence the outside world while listening to your music!!

It was a little buggy with the phone pairing in beginning and also with touch controls on earbuds - but I expect it will get better when Bose release more updates.
