Pros: *Very comfortable. They don't shove themselves way into your ear canal like other earbuds, which to me is a HUGE plus. *ANC on these is PHENOMINAL. I've had ANC earbuds before, but nothing like these. It heavily dampens low and mid freq noises to the point where you won't hear them. Highs make it through, but at reduced volume. Neutral: *Sound Quality on these is bordering between "okay" and "good". A bit too bass heavy. Cons: *There's a very noticeable white noise/hiss. Persists even if you lessen ANC levels. It's just there, and constant. *Charging case feels pretty flimsy/low quality. *No way to see battery charge level for the case in both the software or physically on the case.

These are the best buds I’ve ever used. They put my AirPod pros to shame. I’d give these 5 stars if it weren’t for the Bose app. It’s so bad, I had to knock off a star.

I have always love the Bose brand. My brother gave me a set of sound canceling headphones back in 2018. From headphones to Bluetooth speakers, My love for the brand grew. I mention this brand to friends and family to have, so I can share something my brother gave to me. I also gave my original quiet comforts to my girlfriend, and she loves them!

These Bose earbuds are AMAZING!! I got them for my fiancé and he loved them!! The sound quality, battery lasts, the fitting love how small they are. they don’t slip at all, Most earbuds do. I know they’re a bit expensive but it’s worth every penny. ITS A MUST BUT!!!

Excellent earphones, best quality for listening and enjoying music and videos. For calls they work OK I wouldn’t rate them the best, but definitely are passable. If you’re looking for something very comfortable and lightweight with top-notch music listening quality these are your earbuds!

Very good sounding headphones with excellent sound cancellation. Only knocks preventing it from 5 stars are some stability issues in ear while working out and occasional phone connections issues.

The earbuds were just what we were looking for. They fit well and were easy to connect to the phone. The sound was very good and the noise cancelling was good. I will probably buy another set.

The Quiet Comfort 2 headsets are comfortable and good quality headsets

These are the most current technology Bose has to offer. They truly perform very well in real world usage. They stay in place during walks, biking and full body exercise. Sweat doesn't affect the sound or stability in the ear. I really like the short cut tap features. You can set the function of the tap in the app. Volume, calls and music all with a tap.

Besides Some connectivity issues here and there. There is no going back to any other headphones of any kind. Amazing noise cancelling and sound. Highly recommend

These are probably the most garbage bluetooth head phones you can get. Their ENTIRE use experience is not only clunky but just does the even work half the time! I wish I could still return these. These headphones do NOT stay connected at all. They will suddenly just NOT be remembered by your phone, despite having just used then recently. Specifically, the devices will not re-pair to the phone automatically after being removed from the case, even if you used them a few minutes ago. I spent an entire HOUR and a HALF trying to get them to re-pair. I had to un and re-pair multiple times. Oh and forget easily switching devices. Pairing to one device is an ORDEAL and repairing can go sideways as seen above. Their sound quality is fine sure, but the sheer FRUSTRATION these headlhines have given me is outrageous. I wish I had noticed/had these issues within the return period. I'd give a 0 if I could. Do NOT buy.
