Ive been an avid bose user since 2015. This is by far their best noise canceling product, even when compared to other competitors.

Let’s start with this. If they wouldn’t have discontinued the II I would not have these. Now that’s out the way, these buds are great sound wise my issue is with the connection itself and the actual buds. These are my second pair after the right bud on the last pair decided to stop working randomly. I was going to trade them in because I found the right to have issues prior to that anyway, but I thought hey maybe it’s just these one pair being weird. Just kidding I get to the second pair and they refuse to stay on UNLESS both are in, what’s the point of that? Then no one can hear me out of the left (I noticed before the right bud is better to speak in anyway) while on the phone. I’ve disconnected them multiple times at this point and will be trading them back in and finding something else they’re pointless.

I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the sound of the QuietComfort Earbuds II! With software version 1.3.x and up, you can use either the left or right earbud independently of the other. As for mic response, make sure the stability bands are positioned properly, so the mic hole on the band is aligned with the mic on the earbud. This will ensure that people can hear you clearly. For any further assistance, our customer support team will happily advise: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support bose

Really like these! Bought the headphones thought they were great too, but the rubber cover wasn’t very sturdy and both broke! These earbuds were just as good and they are very durable compared to the headphones! The silent tech is very impressive! Highly recommend!

These are legit. Very comfortable! The best earbuds/headphones I have ever own. They come with a nice charging case that charge fairly quick although I haven't paid attention on how long they take to charge nearly dead. the battery life of a charge is very good. In a recent 1 hour 45 min flight, I have watched tv shows on a new iPad with only losing 10% of battery life. Speaking of flights, all air plane "drone" noises are removed with the noise cancelling function. The noise cancelling is "Price-less"! You also get a variety of spongy rubber ear attachments in different sizes that insure a snug fit. Two simple gripes that I have. I wish these earbuds came with a soft case that you can put the charging case into for convenient travel, possibly with a carabiner clip. I hate to scratch up the charging case since I paid a pretty penny for this item. Second, although connectivity is great, I gave it 4 star since I have to enable my blue tooth connectivity each time I use my iPad and the earbuds. Maybe with a little playing around I will figure out how to get an instant connection without having to mess with the bluetooth settings.

I've tried many other buds and these are the only ones that are comfortable to my sensitive ears. Honestly I could rave about them all day, so instead I'll just say I love them.

These are great ear buds, noise cancelation works great even if the wind is blowing towards the ear piece the other party can still hear you with other ear buds they will not work if the wind blow in your ear piece. The app is not the greatest and sometimes they will not pair with my cell phone so i have to unpair and repair them again. Its too expensive of a product to have those type of issues. I still like them though.

      Hi there,

It's wonderful to see you're enjoying the great noise cancellation, and performance of the microphones of the earbuds. I'm surprised you are having trouble with the app detection. Amazing Headphones and I have Bose everything because it’s a Top brand with quality. However I learned the hard way by not listening to some of the reviews that I read before buying because I love Bose products. Do not buy this if you’re an IPhone user because you will regret it. I still use them when I fly because they are great at noise cancelling but they don’t connect well to the Iphone. If I answer a call on my phone it won’t transfer to the headphones so I have to only answer the call by tapping on the buds which I usually don’t do. It’s a great product but nothing works better with the iPhone like the original apple equipment. Great product otherwise and I will still buy new Bose products as they are released, minus the headphones.

Hello, it's great to hear you feel these are amazing headphones.
The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of upto 30 feet (10 metres)
They use the Bose Music App which is compatible with iOS 14 or newer and Android 8 or newer. It is unusual to hear that you are getting drop outs with them.
You can find guidance here https://bose.life/3FGe4cW to ensure the best connection.

I am finding that these are genuinely worth the price. There was lots of help learning how to use them, insert them, get a good fit. I'm still experimenting a little with settings - it always takes me awhile with something new
