I read/ watched article/ video reviews on this item. After much debate, I decided to give it a try. Once you start tweaking the EQ, the volume self-decreases (Im assuming to ensure optimal sound quality at certain volumes). I personally believe the Apple AirPods Pro 2 are much much better. The AirPods get louder and sound quality is better as well (IMO). No worth switching from my AirPods Pro 2. Save your money, go with AirPods Pro 2.

Great headphones that have an incredible sound and very user friendly features.

They are good quality with good sound. After 30 minutes, they do start to hurt your ear.

Very good sound quality! However sometimes I lose connection to my phone sometimes. My first pair of Bose and tbh; not terrible.

Really top notch. Customer for life. If I had to come up with any “negative” at all, I would say that they’re not for people who easily misplace things. Great sound, super “smart” tech. Love ‘em.

If your goal is to listen to music and have a quiet environment in a busy place. These are great. Talking on the phone or keeping them connected to stay on task with what you are doing on your device...well be prepared to go through the on and off again, routine.

These earbuds are awesome! I had the previous version as well, and they were great until my dog ate them. I decided to try the AirPods Pro. However, they didn’t work with my ears. I’ll blame that on my ear canals, and not apple’s design. This updated model is much slimmer and the case is similar to the apple AirPod Case so it should fit easier in your pocket. I know this sounds silly but this new model let you skip forward or go back for songs. The previous version would let you only choose one of the other. overall, I would recommend these as well as a Best Buy warranty. That’s because my dog also ate my new pair one week after I purchase them. All you have to do is bring it back in and they give you a replacement right on the spot. It’s the best!

Work well in gym great sound and god noise blocking

I bought after I lost my AirPods. I just wanted to try and see how the Bose products are. And I was amazed by the sound quality of this product. The ANC I can say is better as well. I don’t think I’ll go back to AirPods after this. Bose really is good when it comes to sound quality.

Comfortable. Noise cancellation mode really works. I can listen to music and vacuum the carpet at the same time! Best part: Awesome sound quality! What’s not to like? Very happy I chose the Bose.

Bose came through with these earbuds, they are just amazing quality and the sound is perfection!

Product is amazing,I would like to address that I ordered online and picked up instore. When I picked them up in store it looked like someone dropkicked the box and it was completely covered with their order sticker. I asked if I could exchange them for a box that was more presentable for a Christmas gift... the customer service who looked like a profesional LARPer couldnt have been more confused how to process this request because it wasn't written in python. He then told me they didnt have any to exchange with... but having keen eyes I noticed about 5 boxes of the same ear buds placed directly behind him. Needless to say customer services has gone down hill and will avoid best buy at all costs.

Great rich sound and noise cancellation. They’re horrible cancelling wind noise. Overall they provide better sound quality than AirPods Pro.

This is nice, but had problems with it came to IOS phone. The connection was weird, but the sound was amazing. The noise cancellation was great too.

The Bose wireless earbud headphones, have exceptional quality, comfort, and performance

Excellent noise cancellation and east to use! They provide the sound quality expected from Bose. They are fairly intuitive and easy to set up to use. I can attest that they minimize noise from a jackhammer on concrete and cancel plane engine noise.

Bought these as an alternative to my apple air pods pro. No comparison! The Bose ultra QC quiet earbuds did not disappoint! The sound quality for music, work conference calls, or listening to YouTube is far superior! The noise cancellation is unmatched! I use these when cutting two acres of grass weekly and they stay comfortably in my ears and cancel most of the noise! I even bought my another set for another family member!

I have purchased many Bose products over the years. Mostly speakers. First time with ear buds. The best feature is the noise cancelation. Music is super crisp. But the noise cancelling feature makes this purchase worth every penny.

Sound better and cancel noise better than any other earbuds incuding Sony’s XM5 earbuds. But the connectivity issues are wild. I had two pairs and each had the same issues with the bluetooth connection that made it unbearable to use. For earbuds that cost this much the issues I’ve experienced were unacceptable.
