Excellent quiet functions, perfect Music sound, Bose should improve the microphone for phone calls, i think it can be better

The headphones were great. I had airpods and I always hated the plastic feeling of them. I was worried that the piece that goes in the ear would bug me but I ended up using the smaller size option they provided me for free in the package and it fits perfect

Good build quality. Comfortable to wear. Battery life is ok. The holder charges the earbuds very quickly.

These earbuds are truly noise-canceling headphones. I am so impressed with these headphones, I use them to sleep in because they block my husband's snoring and I don't have to have anything playing. I would highly recommend them to everyone

They are good quality with good sound. After 30 minutes, they do start to hurt your ear.

Only had a week. Dropped connection twice (iPhone 13). And I swear I connected with the pilots in the cockpit. Noise cancellation is prefect.

If your goal is to listen to music and have a quiet environment in a busy place. These are great. Talking on the phone or keeping them connected to stay on task with what you are doing on your device...well be prepared to go through the on and off again, routine.

The best set of earbuds I have had from Beats fits Pro to Apple air pods and everything in between they fit perfectly in my ear don’t rub or try and fall out the thing I could say as an improvement point is the app could do more work but I don’t use it much so I am happy

Comfortable. Noise cancellation mode really works. I can listen to music and vacuum the carpet at the same time! Best part: Awesome sound quality! What’s not to like? Very happy I chose the Bose.

I love the smaller profile without compromising on sound! Less easy to knock off, yet all the same great features with longer battery life.

I enjoy this peoduct, but it does have connection issues at times.

I read/ watched article/ video reviews on this item. After much debate, I decided to give it a try. Once you start tweaking the EQ, the volume self-decreases (Im assuming to ensure optimal sound quality at certain volumes). I personally believe the Apple AirPods Pro 2 are much much better. The AirPods get louder and sound quality is better as well (IMO). No worth switching from my AirPods Pro 2. Save your money, go with AirPods Pro 2.

Very good sound quality! However sometimes I lose connection to my phone sometimes. My first pair of Bose and tbh; not terrible.

These earbuds are awesome! I had the previous version as well, and they were great until my dog ate them. I decided to try the AirPods Pro. However, they didn’t work with my ears. I’ll blame that on my ear canals, and not apple’s design. This updated model is much slimmer and the case is similar to the apple AirPod Case so it should fit easier in your pocket. I know this sounds silly but this new model let you skip forward or go back for songs. The previous version would let you only choose one of the other. overall, I would recommend these as well as a Best Buy warranty. That’s because my dog also ate my new pair one week after I purchase them. All you have to do is bring it back in and they give you a replacement right on the spot. It’s the best!

Awesome ... long lasting battery life. Very convenient especially if you are working night shift.
