This is the second time. In as many months. Support is complicated. Does not work well with Apple. You have to forget device then connect again. The second time nothing seems to work. Not worth over 200 dollars. When it does work sound is great.

My only problem is trying to use my finger to adjust the volume, ear buds are very sensitive and I either pause the music or change alert/quiet mode too easily.

However the app is not great and the buds have connection issues. I can not use just the left bud or it comes disconnected and I had to reset the budd multiple times to get them to stay connected at all.

Good but flawed

Mine came defective with a very slight but noticeable buzz noise. The app for it is also very finnicky when it comes to connecting these to your phone. It doesn't always easily connect. It could also add more features such as wireless charging. Many earbuds in the price range has that meanwhile this doesn't.

Pure Quality Sound with No Limitations

Earbuds sound excellent and also playing Hi-Res audio flies MQA and Flac I had the Sony WF-1000XM4 the sound quality decreased when increasing the volume (Samsung and Windows 11)

I was just going to replace them with the same kind. I saw these figured I would try them. So far I am very happy with them. A little more money but I think well worth the money.
