Wouldn’t recommend
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not too impressed overall. Sound quality and ANC were great but the compatibility with iPhone is a nightmare and it would keep disconnecting. Also, you can’t listen to anything unless you have the right bud in at all times. So if you want to only listen to the left one while the right one charges, you won’t be able to. Didn’t last very long, connectivity got worse around 6 months.

Posted .Hello Andy, I am glad you are enjoying the sound quality and the noise cancelling of the earbuds. We released an update in February, to allow you to use the left earbud individually. Please ensure that the Bose Music app is updated to the latest software version to initiate the update to the earbuds.
If you are experiencing any issues with connection on your earbuds, I recommend checking out our troubleshooting steps from our support website: https://bose.life/40Iick2. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact our technical support team, who will be happy to assist you further: https://bose.life/3AqXf2e.

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are wild. The noise cancelling alone is impressive, yet there are so many settings on the app that you can tweak. They come with a built in mic for hands-free calls and the audio quality for that is also excellent.

A needed upgrade!

Wouldn't trade them for anything else
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these earbuds! The noise cancelation is perfect for when I'm on flights, at the gym or just at work and need to focus. The new gen is also more sleek and the smaller case makes it easier to carry.

Great upgrade, great noise cancellation
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing noise cancelling, very comfortable, very good sound, only B&O Beoplay Ex are better sound. Biggest issue causing a one star reduction is that microphone is not good in a loud environment keeping me reaching for my AirPods Pro 2's. Having multipoint would also be good as all wireless earbuds at this price point have that.

Bose earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Always been a fan of bose , but these take the cake for earbuds. The noise canceling is insane and the sound quality is equally great. Would buy again.

Good Quality, Mediocre Fit
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality is great; however, the original QuietComfort (QCs) Earbuds stayed in my ear markedly better than these. Because of that, the ANC is also better on the original model. I thought the 9 combinations of fit with the stability band plus ear tip would be a certain win, but it wasn't. It fit "fine" in my left ear (close to the fit of the original QCs, but still not as good), but the fit in my right ear was never good enough for me to walk around with the earbuds in without constant worry the right earbud would fall out (and it did, especially after I wore it for longer than 45 minutes). For context, I have tried the Beats Studio Buds, the Beats Studio Bud Pros, the original QCs, and QC2s. In terms of fit, the original QCs were the best by far and the original Studio Buds were the worst. The QC2s were between the Studio Buds and the Studio Bud Pros. More context: my left ear usually is fine with the standard fit earbud tips. My right ear seems to be larger and/or shallower, and I usually wear a size larger in that ear. For the QC2s I used the size 3 stability band and size 2 ear tip for the best fit (which was still not great for such an expensive product). I know there is a size 4 stability band, but you have to order it and by the time it would have arrived, I would not be able to return the QC2's because it would have been outside Best Buy's return window (plus the fit on the left ear was lesser than the original QCs). I know for some folks the QC2s will work great, but if your ears are similar to mine, I cannot recommend this product.

Posted .Hello Wade,
It's wonderful to see that you love the quality of the earbuds, though we are surprised that you're having trouble with the fit of the earbuds. The different ear tips and stability bands are designed to ensure the best chance at getting the perfect fit. With extra small, and extra large ear tips, and stability bands available to order directly from Bose.
We'd recommend following the guide here https://bose.life/3CtRgvz to ensure you get the best possible fit. An we would recommend reaching out to us https://bose.life/38DNELy to order the alternative sizes if you feel they are needed. We want to make sure you get the most out of your earbuds.

Highly Recommended Versus AirPods
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are very nice earbuds. The fit as opposed to Apple units is much better. Sound is good, control of the units is easy using finger motions. The charging case is much better than Apple's since the case itself holds a charge and can recharge the earbuds if the battery gets low. Battery life is very good. Music sounds fantastic. Highly recommended. The only downside is bluetooth range is not as good as with AirPods.

Good but needed to be a bit louder.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best in class noise canx. Decent sound with good separation, but not much in the way of volume head room. Need to be a little louder at max volume when watching quieter YouTube videos or older tracks that were recorded at a lower volume. I returned them for those reasons (just my preference). Too pricey for me for what I feel you get.

Bose EarBuds

Great for music not for calls
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose anything I love BUT I was hoping these ear buds were beter than the old ones. The sound quality for the user is by far the best BUT the people one the other end can hear all background noise. I would own at least two pair of the if they would fix that problem! If you want something for sound quality for music they can't be beat!
