I use a Samsung Galaxy s23 (current gen). These ear buds often disconnected. Also the capacitive buttons didnt work well at all. Ive had the Sony WF-SP series for 3 years and im sticking with those for a while longer

Overall build quality is very high. However software  is pretty glitchy. Has problems with right and left earbud staying in perfect sync. Noise cancellation is really good until it interacts with high decibels. They seem to quit when things get tough. My Bose QC 20s were much better

I am sorry to hear that you have syncing issue with the earbuds. Here are the steps to reset the earbuds, to address this. https://bose.life/3Mv5C2H. Also, please be informed that combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. You can have 5 modes and teak to your nc desires one grip is the lack of wireless charging it feels very 2019 but sound quality fit and feel is better imho than the top of the line in it's class.... price is high also but it's all worth it once you put these bad boys on!

I have not tried running, I can comment on the fit once when I try running.

Bose quiet comfort II

So these second generation noise canceling earphones are perfect in that aspect. However they would not stay in my ear even after trying all 3 tip sizes. I spent alot of time trying to keep them in my ears during workout. The sound quality is great as usual but bose needs to start making these earphones working independently when using them for phone calls

Fantastic to hear how impressed you were with the QC Earbuds II. Sorry to hear you've had issues during exercise however with the fit of the buds. The great news is you can pick up alternate size tips if the ones in the box do not fit you well. The other great news is we recently issued a firmware update which brings one-sided listening to the buds. Be sure to check the Bose App for firmware updates.

It is hard to connect from one device to another, and it is just not what I expect from Bose. This is probably 4th pair over the years, and I loved them all, but these are mediocre.

Trash don’t buy

Simply put they’re garbage. The sounds quality is great and the noise canceling is alright but the connectivity issues are out of this world. Since having these I have had to manufacture reset the earbuds several times and still they continue to have issues. I thought this was just my experience but if you look them up this is a known issue. Save your money don’t buy this trash
