Crystal clear sound and they were truly amazing on my flight to and from Chicago and would definitely recommend these to everyone that want good listening! Thanks

Only reason I downgraded a star is that they have too much functionality packed into to small a form. Result is that every time I adjust them in my ear, something I don't want happens (e.g. hanging up a call). I'd rather they were simpler, but more predictable.

Wont connect to the phone. Having to go into the app and take them off then reconnect. When talking on the phone it sounds like you are getting a hearing test with constant beeping of random frequency. Same thing is happening with 2 different sets.

If it wasn't for my oddly shaped ears, I would have kept them. My wife and kids loved them too. I'm big on sound quality and these definitely delivered. I'd recommend these to anyone.

The Bose app is lacking, does not show battery life and really has no settings at all except a super basic equalizer. Ear buds themselves are great.

Bose Ear Duds!

Left bud completely stopped working and the noise cancellation on the right bud stopped. Spending that kind of money on something that lasts a year and a half is very disappointing.
