Quality is great; however, the original QuietComfort (QCs) Earbuds stayed in my ear markedly better than these. Because of that, the ANC is also better on the original model. I thought the 9 combinations of fit with the stability band plus ear tip would be a certain win, but it wasn't. It fit "fine" in my left ear (close to the fit of the original QCs, but still not as good), but the fit in my right ear was never good enough for me to walk around with the earbuds in without constant worry the right earbud would fall out (and it did, especially after I wore it for longer than 45 minutes). For context, I have tried the Beats Studio Buds, the Beats Studio Bud Pros, the original QCs, and QC2s. In terms of fit, the original QCs were the best by far and the original Studio Buds were the worst. The QC2s were between the Studio Buds and the Studio Bud Pros. More context: my left ear usually is fine with the standard fit earbud tips. My right ear seems to be larger and/or shallower, and I usually wear a size larger in that ear. For the QC2s I used the size 3 stability band and size 2 ear tip for the best fit (which was still not great for such an expensive product). I know there is a size 4 stability band, but you have to order it and by the time it would have arrived, I would not be able to return the QC2's because it would have been outside Best Buy's return window (plus the fit on the left ear was lesser than the original QCs). I know for some folks the QC2s will work great, but if your ears are similar to mine, I cannot recommend this product.

Best in class noise canx. Decent sound with good separation, but not much in the way of volume head room. Need to be a little louder at max volume when watching quieter YouTube videos or older tracks that were recorded at a lower volume. I returned them for those reasons (just my preference). Too pricey for me for what I feel you get.

sometimes have connectivety issues between devices. Not as smooth as air pods

Noise cancellation on a new level with these airbuds! You can have 5 modes and teak to your nc desires one grip is the lack of wireless charging it feels very 2019 but sound quality fit and feel is better imho than the top of the line in it's class.... price is high also but it's all worth it once you put these bad boys on!

This is my first Bose QC earbuds, I absolutely can feel the differences from my previously owned earbuds, works great in plane, gym, walks. I have not tried running, I can comment on the fit once when I try running.

An excellent earbud with best in class noise cancellation, slightly bass heavy but easy to alter with app. Good fit options and battery life.

Great earbuds, they can take non stop use and a beating for a year with no issues. After welding and sparking near them I had to swap them out. Otherwise I'd be rocking the og pair still

I love bose products. So these second generation noise canceling earphones are perfect in that aspect. However they would not stay in my ear even after trying all 3 tip sizes. I spent alot of time trying to keep them in my ears during workout. The sound quality is great as usual but bose needs to start making these earphones working independently when using them for phone calls

After purchasing a number of bluetooth earbuds that were junk, these are a pleasant surprise in that they just work. Only reason I downgraded a star is that they have too much functionality packed into to small a form. Result is that every time I adjust them in my ear, something I don't want happens (e.g. hanging up a call). I'd rather they were simpler, but more predictable.

Good noise cancelling headphones. Takes a while to get used to them. Great for the gym and listening to music at home

Ive always been a apple airpods Guy since the beginning, decided to change it up a little bit so i bought bose quiet 2 they sound amazing , i am really happy with them I recommend giving them a try

They were cool and lasted about a year. I had to replace them but the geek squad helped.

Random connectivity problems, wish they were easier to get in and out of the case, but they sound great!

This product is the best earbuds in the market esp the Noise-Cancellation experience sound quality is excellent.

Overall great! From time to time the connection will give out on one or both at the same time.

I bought these for my 12 year old son. He absolutely loves them. The quality of the sound is pure. Great product. A little pricey but it’s a good product

These are the worst headphones i have ever purchased. They keep disconnecting from the phone. Wont connect to the phone. Having to go into the app and take them off then reconnect. When talking on the phone it sounds like you are getting a hearing test with constant beeping of random frequency. Same thing is happening with 2 different sets.

Great noise canceling and sound. The Bose app is lacking, does not show battery life and really has no settings at all except a super basic equalizer. Ear buds themselves are great.

I use mine everyday. I also carrie a white ine in my purse. People never complained that cant hear me . Love them! Batteries last.
