Great for listening not on calls

I purchased these to cut out the noise to the person on the other end of the line while on calls, but despite trying all settings/ modes, everyone that I tried to speak complained about amplified background noise vs reducing it. I am disappointed and will mostly be returning min.

They don’t fit as well as they used to and occasionally fall out if I’m moving a lot but I still prefer them over the AirPods i bought and the same time.

The quality and the noise canceling are probably one of the best in the market. The delivery of the items was on time and the package did not have any damage.

Also the sound is good. The only issue that i have is that when i am on a phone call at the gym people have difficulty with the background noise.
