So far I really like these. They sound great. I do prefer the price of the original model though, so did wait for them to go on sale. These ones had the features I needed.

Good sound quality battery life is a bit short but it works great and the left earbud cab be used the same as right so its good. Noise cancelation is exelent

Use the item daily love them. Perfect for travel or just around the house. Other buds have hurt my ears in the past these with the extra rubbber does not at all.

Needing a new pair of earbuds, I was expecting great sound but was blown away by the noise canceling feature. Better than my over the ear Bose headphones.

These ear buds are awesome! Most importantly, they don’t fall out of my ears. The sound is awesome in the Bose way and the noise canceling is absolutely amazing.

Bose headphones are by far the best. I own beats and JBL headphones and Apple. But these are clearest and live the true noise cancellations

I love Bose, but the earbuds I received did not work properly. I had to exchange them for a new pair. The new pair worked great. Noise cancelling is unmatched!

Really something else--easily pairs with Bluetooth receivers and dampens noise amazingly. Super convenient tap/hold features to switch between silent and aware, pause, play, etc.

I use these for everything from work to cutting grass. They the best noise canceling headsets ive owned. Great also for shooting.

If you are patient and have an engineering degree, you might be right for these. It doesn’t seem like Bose and Apple play well together with this version of the earbuds. Although they are comfortable and sound fine, this version lacks reliable Bluetooth technology to maintain connection to just one iPhone. The prior version connected to multiple devices and allowed the user to switch quite easily. The former version also had wireless charging. The tech support for these is poor and slow. The case is cheap - it broke falling from a nightstand 20 inches high. I’m kicking myself for not returning these immediately within the Best Buy window.
