It has a bit of a lerning curve if its your first time with the brand. It happend a lot where the no sound came through. Never figured out why. Popping them into the case helped resolve this issue most of the time. At times it will take multiple tries. For the price point it should have those issues

That’s the plus!! The problems (compared to airpods)?… I see three. One, you can only use the right one for phone calls…two, the app shows the battery level of only the pods ( not the case)…three, phone call sound quality is not great (has echoes!!).

While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available.

But the mic is so bad if your not in a quite place. Keeps getting sounds from one piece or just connecting one and not the other. After 1 year and 4 months now it won't even connect even though it turns on

QC NC II Earbuds: Small But Mighty

PROS - Amazing sound! Really impressed. Love the size. Very comfortable. Easy to pair. Bose Music app is very helpful. CONS - Case can't stand upright on a table based on its shape. Miss the lighted bar to show how much charge remains. This just has one light. In the summary, the sound and size outweigh any negatives. Very happy with purchase.
