I give it a 3 star only because it doesn’t stay in your ear. It constantly falls out. So now I only use it when I have to make a call or a call is coming in. Then immediately remove from my ear. Definitely not something you want to use while out walking or running, or even working out. Another disappointment, it doesn’t seamlessly switch devices. Example, I have them paired to my iphone and my ipad. When I was listening to news on my ipad and a phone call comes in, I have to go to the app to tell it to switch, or press a button on the earbud case. For noise cancelling, I definitely give it 5 stars. Amazing how these little earbuds can cancel out noise

Best Ear buds I’ve had had. Quality sound but pricey.

I got these for one of my Employees since they always had cheap headphones. She loves them. Con - Noise canceling works to well. She can no longer hear me when i need to talk to her so i have to yell across the room or wave my arms like one of those wacky inflatable tube Man. Probably a + for her but - for me lol.

I have had a number of wired and wireless earphones over the years and found the Bose over ears was best for me. However, they are not convenient for exercising (sweaty, hot and movement on my head). So, I decided to try the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds, and they have met my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Despite being a Bose fan most of my adult life, I dabbled with other brands, but come back to Bose every time. The different settings allow you to be aware or completely noise free based on where you are. Microphone and iPhone 12 Pro FaceTime still has some issues but I bet there is an update that’s coming along the way.

i had the first bose ear buds. one of my ears ,the ear bud would fall out. so i got the new bose quietcomfort earbuds 2. and i said wow. they fit so well. and not so heavy to wear. they will be my #1 earbuds for this year.thanks best buy for makeing my life so much easyer.

Absolutely the best choice... Why buy Apple when you can buy Bose... Super fit, Super sound and Quality as Bose is known for... Spend the extra money... I just used them on a flight to Florida and I was totally delighted by the way the noise canceling worked... Tremendous purchase... Can’t wait to use them on the golf course... Highly recommended...

Great sound quality and noise cancellation. Only I am not sure if it’s worth it on original price. I bought them on sale. Also it doesn’t let you have both opinions of going forward or backwards at the same time, only one at the time.

The first time I wore them it was very uncomfortable on my right ear. It took some getting used to. After a week of wearing it for 5 to 6 hours per day my ear developed a blister. That's First ever too I was very disappointed. Giving how much I paid and the brand it was I expected high expectation from Bose. After watching a few review from YouTube I thought these would be the ones. Talking on them has been average at best, my wife would complain when I'm talking to her it seems my voice is very far away or something, but I'm in my office I don't get it. The music seems good and again that Is what bose is known for. If I could do it over again might have tried something else for the price. I like this design better than their previous model though.

Love the sound! The earbuds are comfortable to wear and easy to use.
