First off, they are Bose, so,the sound quality is amazing. On-ear controls are nice (although they could add more features pretty easily), play/resume/answer/hangup, volume up/down, ANC preset selection (configurable in the app), and one 'user defined" touch function. The earbuds themselves are comfortable, and I've had them in for multiple our plane trips, and haven't gotten ear fatigued at all, and the batterlife survived the 4-hour flight with no issues at all. The case seems to have 2-3 charges in it as well. I've used them with video playback and games and have never encountered any video/sound sync issues at all. And with all Bose Headsets, the sound is execellent with a very full deep rich sound. The bass is very good without being "thumpy" (Bose is notorious for a smooth deep base, where other brands (Beats) are more deep thump base).

Bose quality did not fall short. Better than Samsung galaxy buds and Beats. The noise canceling of higher decibel sound is impressive. The aware settings work well without a lot of white noise unlike the galaxy buds.

Sound quality and noise cancellation r better than apple’s AirPods and Sony. sadly the right earbud’s not charging after one year.

I use these for everything. Studying, flying on the air plane or just working out. The noise canceling in the earbuds are not to be played with. When i want to zone out, i put these on and im good.

Excellent audio and noise canceling quality. They don't fall even when doing exercise which is a plus. Only problem is that if you have small ears like myself they take some getting used to. They don't possess the capacity to skip music or increase/decrease volume though.

Bose has accomplished wireless noise-cancelling headphones! And they're good! I gotta say, I'm looking forward to my next plane ride to test these out. The only thing that I'm more cautious of now, is walking on the street in my neighborhood. You can't hear ANYTHING!

These are legendary earbuds! I was a little reluctant because of the price but I had to try them for sound quality and they don’t disappoint! I use AirPods Pro’s most of the time at work and they don’t even compare on sound quality. Not even in the same hemisphere!

Got for my husband.. loves them.. i tried.. and well im hooked so looking to get a 2nd pair.. should have gone with these to begin with rather than buying new samaung galaxy pods

THE BEST!!! I cannot believe how great the noise cancellation is. It really blocks out all the outside noise. The only thing you hear is the music which really sounds great. I have always purchased Bose and will continue to do so. Really glad to have these. Thanks Bose!

Very good earbuds, though a bit bulky. The noise cancellation is excellent, very close to my noise canceling over-the-ear headphones. The on-ear controls could be improved.

I bought these because the over the ear Bose are too bulky to tracel with. These still have great noise cancelling! Once you figure out how to put it in your ear correctly, they wont make your ears sore.

Pleasantly surprised! Great earbuds! I was worried noise canceling wouldn’t be great as over the ear headphones, but it’s excellent. Leaning head side to side and they can start to fall out. I have to change out the tips to fit better.

Sound quality its great, noise canceling is great. Three things I do not like about these earbuds is : 1. The battery life is approximately 5 hours of use. Most earbuds are at 8 to 12 hours. 2. Cant use one earbud at a time. Most earbuds allow you to use one earbud at a time, these earbuds only connect with the right earbud. So if your right earbud dies the left one is completely useless. 3. The price. I believe these earbuds are too over priced. This would be a perfect example of paying for the brand.

These earbuds give me peace and refuge in the middle of any chaotic situation. When I want an escape, I just pop on the earbuds in and discover peace and tranquility with excellent sound quality. I love having these at my fingertips!

These are by far best earbuds I’ve owned. The sound is so crisp. Guy helping me make my purchase was up front about them and didn’t try to take advantage of me with pricing. Best Buy is my go to for any electronics.

My husband is so happy with this purchase. He says the sound quality is excellent. The noice cancelling works so well he could not hear anyone else, or me, on our flight. We have many other Bose products which we love and this one does not disappoint.

Been a big Bose fan for the past 25-30 yrs. I have 4 Bose speakers at home, i have 2 bose bluetooth headset and 3 quiet comfort. I love them all. Sound quality is superb. I even have the Bose soundsport free which I i had it last year,even though its a little bulky,but the sound quality is good. This quiet comfort bose just released disappoint me. First of all it is so uncomfortable in my ears. I cant find the correct fit that would fit in my ear. My ear hurts after 15 mins of listening. Most of my bose earphones are so comfortable,i love how it fits in my ear but this model is the exception. Sound quality wise,i still love the sound of my bose soundsport wireless and soundsport free. I dint know what happened to the sound quality of the bose i really love. So flat,cant even feel the base. My Jabra elite 85T sounds better that this. Maybe this is not for me, i was so excited when i got this but i was so disappointed. Its too pricey for what it can offer,wont stay in my ear and so uncomfortable. Dont believe the hype.

The sound is unmatched. They are incredible. I have to constantly keep messing with the ear piece because they come out of my ears often. Bose could fix that problem and get a 5 rating.

I am so happy with these! I travel a lot for work and never seem to have room for bulkier, over-the-ear noise-canceling headphones; so I gave these a shot. So glad I did! They fit in my pocket, and they block out ALL the noise on a plane.

These headphones are perfect if you just want to drown out all the noise around you where you're going about your day.. I've been out again to find myself just putting a man and canceling everything around me not even playing music.
