Either only one bud will connect or they both buds will not connect. When they do pair, they sound great. I can't stress enough how it is not worth buying these just for name sake. A $50 pair of Skull Candy ear phones are a lot better. They are a lot more consistent. I love the sound cancelation of the Bose. However, you can't enjoy noise cancelation if the darn things won't even connect! I am returning the pair I have for the second time and am done with this series. So disappointed with Bose right now and even more upset that now I have to go through this process again.
