These are magic. Turn down the ambient sound at will. I use these to mow the grass and listen to music while I do it. They fit in my ear pretty secure and are comfortable.

I love these. I needed true wireless earbuds for a new phone. First off I purchase skullcandy because I wasn't willing to put out a lot of cash. That was a mistake. After doing some more research I decided that these were worth the try. If I hated them after a week, I would return them. Yeah, I fell in love with these. The sound quality is amazing, the battery life is excellent, no issues with pairing, no issues with fit, they just do the job and do it well. If I had one complaint it would be that these only pair to my phone and I haven't figured out if I can pair them with my computer. Yet. Working on that.

    Best sound and noise cancelling

I have owned several active noise cancelling Bose products including wired earbuds, wired headphones, and wireless earbuds. They all had great sound and noise cancelling which allowed me to enjoy my music in noisy environments without having them so loud that my ears bleed. The previous models had a fairly large component that did the noise cancelling, so I was not sure how these small earbuds were going to perform. I was presently surprised that they performed as well or maybe even better that the previous models. Amazing, sound, fit and charging case. If you want the best sound and quality in an earbud this is well worth the price!

Unboxing: Package appear well thought. Case appears like hard plastic; decent quality. Pairing took me some time (a good 30 minutes). I had to google and refer to Bose website and a YouTube video for me to figure it out. Otherwise, a smooth experience. I wish that there’s more options for their proprietary ear tips, as I think my ear is in between the small and medium size. I used the small ones if I’m not working out/sitting still. I used the medium size if I want them more secure in my ears. Pros: 1. Clarity - I also own the AirPods Pro and the Sony WF1000XM3 & 4. I keep coming back to these if I want to hear every detail in a song. I listen to a wide variety of genre (Classical, EDM, Trap, Pop). These don’t disappoint. 2. Noise Cancelling - TOP of the line from all the earbuds I’ve tried. Doesn’t matter if I change up the ear tips Cons: 1. Bulky Charging Case - If you are someone who’d like to put your wireless earbud case in your pocket, these are not for you. I can make adjustments on this. But not everyone can do, of course. 2. Connectivity/Software - I’m having trouble getting them to pair right away sometimes when I take them out of the case to my ears. There are times I had to put them back to the case again and put them on again. Summary: I rate these a 4/5 - I’m pretty sure Bose can take note of the reviews made by their customers and will work on keeping the positive feedback on the next product upgrade. I hope that with the upcoming/future software updates that they fix connectivity issues I’ve experienced.

Great sound! Stays in sweaty ears pretty well. Still getting used to touch controls and have hung up on more than one phone call. Charging case charges multiple times without a recharge itself.

The biggest thing for me with Bose is comfort and fit. I've tried the Airpods, Beats, etc. But if you're like me the comfort and fit isn't perfect. My ear canal would get sore and raw, and they moved around quite a bit and never felt secure. With these bad boys, the noise cancellation and sound are great. They're earbuds, so I'm not expecting over the ear quality. However, I've used these around the house mostly and while doing yard work. With a lawnmower and backpack leaf blower, these things have performed incredibly. So much so that I was worried I wouldn't be able to hear if the motors on my equipment started sounding funny. In the end, if comfort and fit have always been an issue, these are the answer.

Amazing Noise Cancelling but jarring poping sound

The noise cancelling is incredible on these! especially not even being their top of the line ANC they outcompete sony or even my over the ear ANC headphones. But while driving if i hit bumps in the road the headphones generate a VERY loud pop, this occurs with or without ANC active, so I'm not sure what it is doing. This also happens in a few other situations if there's any knocking sound in the environment. I would still buy them again, depending on the price. but it is quite a disturbing sound.

Great Sound Quality but Disappointing Reliability

I purchased the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Earbuds in Triple Black from Best Buy, and while the sound quality and noise cancellation are exceptional, I've faced some frustrating issues. The audio experience is immersive, and the noise cancellation works incredibly well in various environments. However, I've had to return these earbuds twice due to malfunctioning chargers. Each time, the charging case stopped working properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the microphone quality is subpar, making it difficult to have clear phone conversations. Despite these problems, the earbuds themselves deliver fantastic sound and comfort. If Bose can address the reliability issues with the charger and improve the microphone quality, these would be nearly perfect. For now, I'm cautiously optimistic but can't fully endorse them without reservations.

Great Sounding Earbuds with Best in Class Noise Ca

Great pair of earbuds that offer a really good balance of sound quality, solid fit in ear, and best in class noise cancelling. Some might complain about the design of both the earbuds and the case, coming in significantly larger than competitors. But doesn't really bother me, because although the earbuds are huge, they're still comfortable and don't feel heavy in my ears. A minor setback is the limited options in the Bose app for these buds, as well as the limited touch control. But I don't use touch control too often anyway so for me they're still 5 star, but for others it might drop this rating to a 4. Coming from someone with Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds Live, Powerbeats Pro... These are for sure my favorite pair.

Excellent sound quality, noise cancellation, and fit. I also have the QC 30s and these guys honestly have better audio quality and noise cancellation than even those. Only complaint is that there are sometimes issues with getting both buds to connect or pair correctly (which I think is pretty common across the board for any of the "true wireless" design earbuds). Have to take the buds in and out of the case a few times sometimes to get them to connect correctly, but afterwards they work smoothly. Also worth noting, the case is somewhat larger than comparable models, so it might be a tighter fit in your pockets (I'd recommend looking up some scale images).

When I first put these on, the sound was pretty good. So, I took them to the gym. It did not have that thumb that I wanted to feel as I was working out. However, once I tweaked the sound in the app, I was able to gain the thumb that I desired. Now, they sound amazing! The noise canceling is top of the line. You will feel as if you are in your own world when out in the world with these on. I have the Sony's WF -1000XM4 as well. Really hard to say which one is better but I have been using the Bose more lately. The sound quality is good and with the app, you can tailor them to your liking. I prefer the extra bass. In terms of comfort, I find them very comfortable. I am still getting use getting them to fit snug in my ear. When I do, I do not have to worry about them falling out when I am working out. The longest I have worn them is 2 hours and they still feel comfortable. I had no problem with connecting them to my phone or using the app. You can choose to "turn" off the noise canceling. You can pause music with a single touch. Sometimes when I am adjusting them, I pause my music (working on that fit). The call quality is good. I had no problem hearing others nor did they in hearing me. I am still getting use to other features so I cannot speak on them right now. These are a bit pricey for earbuds so if you want them and do not want to pay the premium price tag, wait for them to go on sale. I recommend if you are in the market for some quality buds and do not mind paying a steep price. I hope this helps.

These ear buds are phenomenal. Audio is crystal clear and the sound is amazing whether on a call or listening to music. These things can take a beating too. I've dropped them from the top of a ladder (by accident), dropped on the ground countless times (concrete, puddles, mud, rain) and they haven't scratched or diminished in quality. Lost one of the buds and was able to track it. I would buy these again. Was a solid Jabra fan for a long time however my last set disappointed after exchanging multiple times due to issues. Got fed up and picked these up and have been happy since. I wear these every day while at work and usually keep one in my ear when I'm home so I've really given them a true run. Love these!

I’ve had these for a little while now, my go to earbuds. The connectivity is pretty good; could just be me but, I have many devices and sometimes I have to disconnect the earbuds from one device to connect to another. That can be annoying but, the noise cancelling is fantastic, the different silicone pieces are a great option for different sized ears or activity. The battery life is wonderful, I had them in once for a little over 5 hrs, roughly 80-90% battery left. They are on the pricey end, but definitely worth purchasing!

Some of the best earbuds ive found for long distance running. The sound and noise cancelling is better on the new one but if you run these are the way to go because they dont have the thump with every step.
