Great sound, touch controls need to be better

Noise cancellation is one of the best as well. Stayhear tips keep them in the ear very well. Little uncomfortable after a while. Touch controls are the worst part about it. Work fine except there are less you can do with them than others and no volume control. Hopefully update can fix this eventually.

Excellent product, improvements worth the wait

All connection issues. I tried several methods but for some reason the left earbud would flash red and not connect. Traded mine in for another pair of white ones same issue. I have a galaxy s21 note. Finally I bought the black pair and it works fine.

Good while it short lasted.

Of course, the right bud, stop charging after year and a half. When i talked to Bose support, the couldn't help without the serial number. Its not on the receipt and its located on the earbud and is so small that blowing it up on my phone camera, still wouldnt reveal it. I wasted an hour on the phone trying to find it. Couldn't get it off the Bose app because my phone couldn't connect to the broke buds, that would not recharge.

It was used and even had hair inside the case! Once returned I set up my pair and fell in love! These don’t fall out of my ear and calls sound great. I noticed when using Spotify the music didn’t sound as crisp so I switched over to my apple app and even YouTube, and it was much more cleaner and sharper, I can’t explain it.
