I wear these practically all day for work. It was always a hassle trying to use my cell phone and try to keep up with work at the same time. They are super comfortable (stay in place while running) and the battery life is great. I just drop them in the case at the end of the day and they are ready to go the next day. Battery case, I really haven't kept track of how long battery lasts, that is to recharge the buds fully, but I guess that in and of itself is a good thing, as it has never given me trouble. Great buy!

Overall these are very nice earbuds. As you would expect for the price and from Bose. Pros: The quality of the sound is amazing They don't feel as bulky as they look They stay securely positioned as I move around The mic works well, with decent isolation You can set them up so you can hear yourself normally during calls They stay connected once the connection is established The ANC works well and you can set the earbuds so you can hear ambient sounds when you want Cons: They can only connect to one device at a time. No multipoint The most straight forward way to connect to a different device requires using a button built into the case If using only one earbud it must be the right one. (I have a $26 set of earbuds that lets me use either one alone. They sound just so so, but they have this feature) The battery life isn't very good, around 6 hours The touch controls are unpredictable. Sometimes they work when you don't want them to. Other times the touch controls just don't work.

I have owned some of Bose previous earbuds. Good but not outstanding and the battery life was very short. I'd switched to the Apple ear pods (Series 3). These Bose were on sale and I was disappointed with the fit of the Apple ear pods. So, I purchased them. I have to say I'm very pleased I did. These are more comfortable, the noise cancellation is very good AND it easily adjustable. The sound is very very good and the battery life is outstanding. I really like these.

No mode to amplify ambient sounds

When I researched these earbuds, I was impressed with the features they offered. After working with them for only 1 day, I am a little disappointed. There are two things that I was surprised about. One is the size. They are a bit larger than I expected and that includes the weight. After wearing them for a long time during my testing, they seemed to be putting some pressure on my lower ear. Maybe I will get used to that over time. Also, because of their size, they do stand out more than I would have liked. The other thing is that I was thinking there was a feature or setting that would allow me to amplify the ambient sound around me, when I was not playing music, in order to improve my hearing in places where there was background noise that would distract from conversation. This was one of the major reasons I went with a higher end (and more expensive) earbud. Don't get me wrong, there is still a very strong possibility I will keep these earbuds, as the ANC is very good with them and the sound is what one would expect from a Bose product. Perhaps there could be a future firmware enhancement that could allow amplification of ambient sounds. Because of this and the higher price, I don't think I can recommend this to a friend.

I loved these earbuds. The only reason I returned them was for a warranty issue. One of them stopped charging. The noise isolation was excellent. They are a bit heavy on the base. That being said, I ended up getting the newer version ** The only thing that could be better is to auto-connect to each device, like the Apple Air pods

Amazing sound quality you can always expect from Bose. Comfortable to wear for long periods of time and do not fall out of you ear with the correct size silicone tips. Meets the six hours of battery life per charge and was easy to pair with iPhone. Noise cancelation and active listening is top notch without feeling like there is pressure on your ears. You can set different levels of active noice cancellation with the Bose Music app and also adjust your EQ.

After trying Apple AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds Pro and Sony La-dee-daas (Model number too long to remember!) I picked up these Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. What a pleasure after fighting with the other brands trying to keep them in my ears! All three sets of tips with wings worked for me, but the #2 (Medium) set were the best. The sound is great, and the noise cancelling feature worked perfectly. My only gripe is the size. They are huge! I am a musician, and sound is everything for me. Of course Bose excels in this. I am now in the process of trying to decide whether to keep the Bose or the Beats Fit Pro. It will probably be the Beats because their sound is also great, and they are so much smaller, and they also have the wings to keep the buds in my ears. It is easy to forget that the Beats are in my ears while I am fully aware of the Bose at all times. That is not to say they are uncomfortable. They are actually quite comfortable. Just too bulky. Their size also probably has something to do with the fact that their bass response is a bit fuller than the Beats. Bigger drivers for bigger bass! If Bose were to shrink these buds and retain their frequency response and great ANC, I would give these buds a solid 5 star rating.

I got these because I have the QC over the hear headphones. Great noise cancelling. Good sound, fit well, comfortable and decent battery life. My problem with these is that you are not able to connect to more than one device at a time. I assumed that you could because you can with the over the ear headset. I just can't give 5 stars because of this lack of functionality.

Bose did not disappoint! These earbuds are the best earbuds I have owned thus far. They fit great, they sound amazing. The active noise cancelling works amazing. Paired nicely with my iPhone 11 ProMax, my tablet. I've used them to help me take naps with the noise cancelling feature. I recommend them over Beats and Apple Airpod Pros any day. Battery life has been great. Case is bulk but manageable.

The fit and noise cancelling on the headphones are great, but they are useless if the headphones dont actually work because the pairing doesnt happen on demand. Here are examples of the terrible user experience that essentially render the headphones inoperable, unless you want to scream curse words at the top of your lungs 50% of the time that you use your earbuds. -The noise cancelling slider in the Music App will randomly reset. This is EXTREMELY annoying. I use these headphones to sleep and I want the noise cancelling to be set at 10 all night. I will often wake up in the morning and randomly find the slider set to 5 or 0, even though I set it to 10 before going to sleep. I do not keep the buds in my ears all night, and I feel like the earbuds are disconnecting from my phone after a time certain that they are out of my ear and idle (even though I set the buds, through the Bose Music App override, to NOT turn off automatically after 20 minutes of being out of the ear). Either they are shutting off or they aren’t shutting off, but they are still losing their Bluetooth connection and this is forcing them to reconnect when I put them in my ear. When they restart or reconnect, they will often restart or reconnect at a noise cancelling setting that was NOT my last setting, which is always 10. This also happens when I connect my earbuds to my PC. In order to do this, the Music App signs you out (as an aside, why connecting to another device via bluetooth should simultaneously sign you out of an app downloaded onto your phone, I have no idea). When I want to reconnect my earbuds to use with my phone, I have to sign into the app by putting the earbuds into pairing mode via the case (Again as an aside, why the hell should I have to do this to simply reconnect my buds to the phone with which it was previously paired???). When I "sign" back into the app, I get the same issue with the noise cancelling settings being randomly reset to level 5 or 0. This is doubly confounding because according, according to the Bose literature, the earbuds are supposed to automatically connect at a level 10. Moreover, I even tried to enable the feature on the Music App that allows you to override the default setting and have the earbuds connect to your last-used noise cancelling setting. This didn’t solve the problem either. In fact, the 3 customized favorites settings for noise cancellation also randomly reset to 10, 5 and 0, even though I set all of them to 10. This renders these earbuds completely useless to me because one of the main reasons I want these is for sleeping. I need them to stay at a level 10 noise cancelling all night, even if they are out of my ear for a few hours at a clip during my night’s sleep. -When you turn off the bluetooth on the headphones or disconnect them from your device, the headphones randomly re-connect without you asking them to do this. This can be extremely annoying for a number of reasons. Sometimes, you actually want the audio to come out of the speaker on your phone or PC so others can listen. -The Bose Music App (required to be able to adjust the settings on the earbuds) randomly “signs” you out of the app if you connect the earbuds to a device that is not your phone (like your PC). Why on earth would toggling between connecting the earbuds to your phone/PC/TV/tablet cause an app downloaded onto your phone through the app store on your phone (which is what registers you into the app via your app store email address, not a bluetooth connection from the buds) cause the app to drop you and sign you out?? And now that youre signed out of the Bose Music App because youre using the earbuds with your PC, you have no way to control the earbuds (volume, level of noise cancelling etc etc) while you use them with your PC, bc the Bose Music App is only available for use on your phone and cannot be loaded onto your computer too!!! All of this needs to be fixed immediately. You should not be signed out of the Bose Music App simply for using your earbuds with a device thats not your phone. -Once signed out, the process of reconnecting my earbuds to my phone is pull-your hair-out annoying. Sometimes, the earbuds will reconnect to the app just by tapping connect. But sometimes, the app demands that the earbuds be put into pairing mode via the button in the charging case. This means that I have to carry around my charging case anywhere I go just in case I am toggling between two different devices. WHY am I being signed out of the app in the first place, just because I am connecting my earbuds via Bluetooth to a device that is not my phone for a certain period of time? This needs to be fixed immediately. With that said, these have absolutely the BEST noise cancelling. I compared these to the new Sony wf1000xm4, and the noise cancelling on the Bose is faaar superior. This is despite the myriad professional reviews that I read online and watched on youtube that said that the noise cancelling is roughly comparable between the two devices. The two devices are not comparable. The Bose is the clear winner in this category, by a wide margin. Also, I found the Bose to be far more comfortable that the Sony. The silicone eartip on the Bose is much, much more comfy than the spongy ear covering on the Sony. Also, the Sony's fall out and the Bose stay in place much better.

Bluetooth is great, I have never lost connection yet, The sound is awesome even to loud at times, its a better problem to have then not enough sound.. Noise cancellation is a feature I have never had before but it definitely makes a difference. I use mine at the gym to, they are a great fit and stay in place. The tap to pause is so convenient and the battery on these things is above par for sure. The buds and the case much easier to keep clean.
