Bose did not disappoint!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose did not disappoint! These earbuds are the best earbuds I have owned thus far. They fit great, they sound amazing. The active noise cancelling works amazing. Paired nicely with my iPhone 11 ProMax, my tablet. I've used them to help me take naps with the noise cancelling feature. I recommend them over Beats and Apple Airpod Pros any day. Battery life has been great. Case is bulk but manageable.

Very glitchy operation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fit and noise cancelling on the headphones are great, but they are useless if the headphones dont actually work because the pairing doesnt happen on demand. Here are examples of the terrible user experience that essentially render the headphones inoperable, unless you want to scream curse words at the top of your lungs 50% of the time that you use your earbuds. -The noise cancelling slider in the Music App will randomly reset. This is EXTREMELY annoying. I use these headphones to sleep and I want the noise cancelling to be set at 10 all night. I will often wake up in the morning and randomly find the slider set to 5 or 0, even though I set it to 10 before going to sleep. I do not keep the buds in my ears all night, and I feel like the earbuds are disconnecting from my phone after a time certain that they are out of my ear and idle (even though I set the buds, through the Bose Music App override, to NOT turn off automatically after 20 minutes of being out of the ear). Either they are shutting off or they aren’t shutting off, but they are still losing their Bluetooth connection and this is forcing them to reconnect when I put them in my ear. When they restart or reconnect, they will often restart or reconnect at a noise cancelling setting that was NOT my last setting, which is always 10. This also happens when I connect my earbuds to my PC. In order to do this, the Music App signs you out (as an aside, why connecting to another device via bluetooth should simultaneously sign you out of an app downloaded onto your phone, I have no idea). When I want to reconnect my earbuds to use with my phone, I have to sign into the app by putting the earbuds into pairing mode via the case (Again as an aside, why the hell should I have to do this to simply reconnect my buds to the phone with which it was previously paired???). When I "sign" back into the app, I get the same issue with the noise cancelling settings being randomly reset to level 5 or 0. This is doubly confounding because according, according to the Bose literature, the earbuds are supposed to automatically connect at a level 10. Moreover, I even tried to enable the feature on the Music App that allows you to override the default setting and have the earbuds connect to your last-used noise cancelling setting. This didn’t solve the problem either. In fact, the 3 customized favorites settings for noise cancellation also randomly reset to 10, 5 and 0, even though I set all of them to 10. This renders these earbuds completely useless to me because one of the main reasons I want these is for sleeping. I need them to stay at a level 10 noise cancelling all night, even if they are out of my ear for a few hours at a clip during my night’s sleep. -When you turn off the bluetooth on the headphones or disconnect them from your device, the headphones randomly re-connect without you asking them to do this. This can be extremely annoying for a number of reasons. Sometimes, you actually want the audio to come out of the speaker on your phone or PC so others can listen. -The Bose Music App (required to be able to adjust the settings on the earbuds) randomly “signs” you out of the app if you connect the earbuds to a device that is not your phone (like your PC). Why on earth would toggling between connecting the earbuds to your phone/PC/TV/tablet cause an app downloaded onto your phone through the app store on your phone (which is what registers you into the app via your app store email address, not a bluetooth connection from the buds) cause the app to drop you and sign you out?? And now that youre signed out of the Bose Music App because youre using the earbuds with your PC, you have no way to control the earbuds (volume, level of noise cancelling etc etc) while you use them with your PC, bc the Bose Music App is only available for use on your phone and cannot be loaded onto your computer too!!! All of this needs to be fixed immediately. You should not be signed out of the Bose Music App simply for using your earbuds with a device thats not your phone. -Once signed out, the process of reconnecting my earbuds to my phone is pull-your hair-out annoying. Sometimes, the earbuds will reconnect to the app just by tapping connect. But sometimes, the app demands that the earbuds be put into pairing mode via the button in the charging case. This means that I have to carry around my charging case anywhere I go just in case I am toggling between two different devices. WHY am I being signed out of the app in the first place, just because I am connecting my earbuds via Bluetooth to a device that is not my phone for a certain period of time? This needs to be fixed immediately. With that said, these have absolutely the BEST noise cancelling. I compared these to the new Sony wf1000xm4, and the noise cancelling on the Bose is faaar superior. This is despite the myriad professional reviews that I read online and watched on youtube that said that the noise cancelling is roughly comparable between the two devices. The two devices are not comparable. The Bose is the clear winner in this category, by a wide margin. Also, I found the Bose to be far more comfortable that the Sony. The silicone eartip on the Bose is much, much more comfy than the spongy ear covering on the Sony. Also, the Sony's fall out and the Bose stay in place much better.

Top notch noise canceling
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned two other brands of noise cancelling wireless ear buds and the Bose have been the best. Very comfortable ear tips and easy to use controls. The battery life easily lastsy more than eight hour days just by putting them back in the charging case or the few minutes I need to take them out for certain tasks .Most importantly the sound quality and noise cancelling are excellent.

Excellent Choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bluetooth is great, I have never lost connection yet, The sound is awesome even to loud at times, its a better problem to have then not enough sound.. Noise cancellation is a feature I have never had before but it definitely makes a difference. I use mine at the gym to, they are a great fit and stay in place. The tap to pause is so convenient and the battery on these things is above par for sure. The buds and the case much easier to keep clean.

Superb sounding earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome sounding earbuds. They serve their purpose. They stay in pretty much with any activity unless you accidentally brush against them when removing your hoodie. Software works great allowing you to select up to 4 presets of noice reduction. The highest setting, when listening to music, cuts out pretty much all noices around you. Hope you are good at reading lips. Double tap left earbud allows you to scroll through noice reduction settings making it possible to hear people on the aware setting. Right earbud allows you to raise and lower volume by sliding your finger up and down on the earbud. Very cool techology, just like touch screen phones. There is a baby step process of getting used to wearing these in your ears. I believe I actually either created blisters or tiny sores in each ear after wearing them for about 6 hours. It is a good idea to wash the removable rubber peices or either use acohol swabs, which are used for cleaning glasses, often when using these. All that said, your ears will get sore at first. Anyhow great set of earbuds. I have the over the ear bose quiet comfort series 2 headphones. The sound of both are almost equal in comparison (superb). I give the edge to the headphones. But I ruined the headphone's earpads wearing them outside while working due to sweat. Had to replace earpads. So the earbuds get edge for outside activity. Overall, these were a great investment especially if you catch them on sale. They are great for music and for listening to audio books.

Can't buy quiet control 30 anymore.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was forced to buy these after losing my bose quiet control 30 earbuds which they dont make anymore. I really liked the battery life on the quiet control 30 earphones. I was really impressed by the noise cancelling on these. I would have to say that the noise cancellation is noticeably better. They obviously upgraded the electronics. The weight of these is noticeably more especially after 45 minutes of wearing. Bose always seems to be the best with their bluetooth functionality. You can tell they spent time to make sure it works correctly. I love the way bose will connect to multiple devices simultaniously. I would buy them again, although if I could get more battery life than six hours without putting them in the box I would be happier. The battery life is more than they claimed though. I do have to say, If I could still buy the quietcomfort 30 earbuds I would buy them just due to the fact they could go 10 hours plus with noise cancelation on full. I could work all day, listen to podcasts, music and answer the phone and keep them on. But I am sold on Bose, products do what they are supposed to do very, very well. The sound is always what you expect with the bose name on it.

Restricted wireless earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best nosie canceling hands down wireless earbuds. Just couldn't give a perfect review on these, do to that they're wireless but I feel restricted... Let me explain... You can only use the right earbud with true wireless features like talking and music. The left earbud brings in why is it there really? (Unless they update of course). You can't talk on it, you can only listen when the right one is either out of the charging box and lid closed (for instance I put the right in my pocket and left I'm wearing) or if the lid is open and the right one is in there charging (only way to charge the right well listening to the left solo). Which is why I say it's restricted.. I wish bose would update so you can have the option to listen to the left solo and charge the right earbud with the lid closed with no issues. Then they will feel a little more wireless in my opinion. Overall: They are the best sounding earbuds I have EVER tried and I have owned the powerbeats Pro, airpods pro and like the bose the best for fit, preference and sound. I like the feature that it only connects to one thing at a time I don't get the issue of when I'm near something that I connected to it automatically switches, to me that's annoying. You have to disconnect then connect to the next device.
