I noticed that the left ear bud started to blink white and red which indicate that it no longer works and you need to reach out to Bose customer service. The Product didn’t even last 2 years. Only option is to return the product through Bose and pay a discounted price for the newest version. I wish had had read the bad reviews. For $300 dollars purchase something else! I’m sure with the new version it probably pose the same issue.

Great Sound - Horrible Fit

However NONE of the 3 sizes of silicone tips will fit my right ear. Apparently I have some sort of odd ridge there and all three sizes of the tips create an ulcer type thing in my right ear. I guess it doesn't matter how well they perform if you can't wear the things. Also it is a problem for me that you can't wear the left earbud only. If you want to wear only one, it must be the right one....oh wait... that's my problem ear.

I have hearing issues and after trying about 3 others, I finally dicided to trying these Bose bluetooth. Yes, they are pretty expensive but worth the money. I can now hear phone calls, music and anything else perfectly. I strongly recommend.

Disappointing Earbuds

I really wanted to like these earbuds and was anxiously waiting for them to come out for a few years. I had previously purchased the wireless noise canceling earbuds with the horseshoe neck piece and the noise canceling earbuds that were fully wired. I actually liked how both of those earbuds fit in my ears a lot better than these. These feel big and bulky. They don't seem to fit my eardrum very well and do not feel stable. I am very disappointed in these and hope Bose does a better job on their next product.
