    Bought a pair and the left ear bud would not connect. Tried all the reset and trouble shooting procedures I could find online. Ended up taking back to Best Buy and exchanging for a new set. New set works fine, super easy exchange at the store to make it right.

    These headphones are good but cant take abuse like on a work site. After a couple months of use started to get sound distortion and had to send them in twice to get exchanged.

    The connection is unstable, and frequently cuts off. But hats off to the noise cancellation. Two stars only for the noise cancellation.

    The great airbuds. The sound is ridiculous. One problem only can use the right earbud to speak on the phone. So when it dies. Your stuck.

      Hi Daniel,

      It is correct that the right earbud includes the telephone microphone and is required in order to use your two earbuds together as this is the primary. Due to the technical nature of these headphones and the way Bluetooth data is processed - Bluetooth audio data is first sent to the right earbud and then relayed to the left earbud after processing. The Earbuds also have a battery life of up to 6 hours, the charging case also allows an additional charge, 15 minutes of charging also allows 2 hours of playback time.

    Purchased these for my friend’s birthday. She is a BOSE aficionado and owns literally several of their earbuds and headphones. I can’t get into the technicalities like she can. But considering she can’t stop thanking me and praising them. On her behalf I will say they are awesome.
