These sound great and have amazing noise canceling!

Best noise cancelling and sound quality is amazing!

They have great sound and block excessive background noise. The battery last plenty of hours and they're so easy to charge. Place them in they're charging case and wow. Only downside kinda hard to place in ears

The employee at the Tucson Arizona store helped me make the perfect Bose ear phones. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. He was professional and helpful. Took time to explain what I could expect from the ear phones. I am happy with the quality and it does as he said!!

Great sound and unmatched noise cancellation. That being said, the earbuds are still bulky and the fitment may not work for all ears. I personally do not use these while excessively active, so the bulkiness is worth the premier noise cancellation. As for fitment, there is a memory foam ear tip conversion that I recommend for those with issues. On to the negative - I had these for 24hrs when the left earbud went out. No light flashing on the earbud itself and neither would connect via BT. Nothing worked to fix the problem. Returned for a 2nd set. Paid $71 for the protection package to supplement the factory warranty, since my experience had not started well. Fast forward 3 weeks and we again experience the same issue. The right earbud went out. No light and no connection. (*sidenote* these earbuds are used, maybe, on the weekends for, at most, 4hrs and only travel from the bedroom to the living room.) I went back to customer service at Best Buy to show them the issue. They have me pick up what is now my 3rd set in under a month to swap out the faulty set. I am then asked if I want to continue my protection plan on the new set of earbuds. Upon agreement, I am asked to pay another $71. *WAIT* This is a reoccurring Manufacturer's Defect! Why am I being asked to use my additional plan to cover these issues? I'm told that anything outside of 15 days from purchase falls on my plan. This product has a Manufacturer warranty of 1yr. If I needed to go directly through Bose for this warranty, I should have been advised as such. I should not automatically lose my coverage based on a faulty product. That responsibility should fall directly on the Manufacturer and/or reseller's of said product. So basically, when working, the Bose QC earbuds are an outstanding product with a few flaws. The Best Buy Protection Plan and Customer Service, have the same flaws. Be aware before getting taken advantage of.

Bose is the only ear bud that doesn’t hurt my ears

These are top-quality, of course, with great sound quality. The noise-cancelling options for quiet or "aware" (of what's being said) is easily set with two taps on the left side case. without music plating, the world goes quiet. I use them at work, so I can concentrate.

As previously stated, once in the ear, the quality is excellent; however, at times, you can hear other devices as if it’s being intercepted. Plus, different to stay in the ear.

The sound is unbelievable! My favorite headphones!

The sound was really good at times. Distorted at others. They seemed to fall out from time to time and was painful most of the time. My first Bose product that I haven't loved.

It is not what I expected, the quiet comfort is impressive but several of the functions such as volume, play and pause, to change music, are very unstable for the price they have.

I was hopeful these ear buds would work well with my Bose noise cancelling over the head headphones since they were sold in a bundle. They did not! Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable, bulky, poor sound quality and barely even comparable to AirPod Pros noise cancelling nonetheless my Bose over the head headphones. They were definitely not my favorite.

Great sound, very comfortable and stay ears. I gave it four star due to the ear buds not having all functions at the ear. You have to choose what functions you want to program. Otherwise great earbuds.

Im a musician so I may be a little more bias to a complete sound experience. Nice sound but not enough Bass or volume to get a full musical experience.

Comfortable for all day water but, battery life is no good and the noise canceling was really weird for me. Didn’t really compare to my old sound sports.

These headphones were actually amazing sound wise, I wanted to love these but I kept getting complaints about it sounding like I was in a fish bowl when it was on the noise cancelling setting. The main thing that made me return these headphones was the fact that you were only able to speak on the phone from the right earpiece. The price was way too high to only have ONE microphone. I really wanted to love these but those were the main things that made me return them since I am out on the road from 8-14 hours a day!

They knock down noise better than the 700's in my opinion. You can silence traffic a few feet away from you and with two taps hear what's happening if needed. Great sound stage, fun but riding a bike with wind ahh I prefer the older earbuds having said that walking/hiking hasn't been an issue with gusts.

The Apple Air Pods Pro are quite nice (2 years now) and seamless. But the Bose QC ear buds have MUCH better sound and noise canceling. And it is the sound that I appreciate. I like the apple buds and they work very well. The Bose buds SOUND so much better…

Nice sound, not loud enough, and flat bass. Nice carrying case, good charging and have some trouble making a universal fit. Can be considered bulky.
