I got these because my AirPods kept giving me bluetooth connectivity issues. These have been working wonderfully!

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas, and he loves them! The sound quality is excellent and noise cancellation works great!

Bought these 15 days ago (the window for return/exchanges of course) and the left earbud just won't light up after holding the bluetooth button which means the right ear bud won't connect. I have a protection plan and scheduled a geek squad appointment but it just sucks that these are so finicky when it comes to easily connecting to devices. Even before this instance the earphones weren't as easy to connect between devices. Sony and JBL are definitely better.

Pros: The best noise cancellation earphones in the market right now! They stay in your ear! Cons; They sound like $20 dollar earphones. Noting special really dissatisfied with Bose. I had to returned them the sound quality was just horrible I couldn’t justify paying a premium price for these earphones.

I gave these as a birthday gift to my brother. I haven't heard any complaints, so I guess he lijes them. Either that, or he has already returned them!

I purchased these from Amazon and they weren’t worth it. Got them from Best Buy and all is well again in my life.

Ive had bose twice and each time they have given issues out of the box, volume issues and earbuds go in and out, for the price the errors are major. The bass amps high then goes low at random idk if i can give them anymore chances, the ear design hurts afterwhile

Did not work for me. I have a small frame and small ears. The smallest sized earbuds were still too big. I have other Bose headphones that are so comfortable. Unfortunately, these wireless buds were made differently and just don’t fit without hurting within the first five minutes of use. I must return and find something else.

Did not use very often. Then when I got them out they were blinking fast red and white. Which means call support. They said nothing they could do but new ones. Dry disappointed for the amount of mo ey I spent on them.

Bose you FAILED me. i thought out of so many 5 star reviews these would be amazing. well either i got a bad set or bose needs to address this.alright where my audio guys at got pair bose quiet comfort earbuds. an been having a problem since I just got em tonight. on the left earbud I've dropped lowering the volume n raising it also trying a diffrent music app no change also tried diffrent phones even my laptop no change at all. in the left ear at certain frequencies you will here a crackling & popping static sound? not what I'd expect out of BOSE at all. at first I thought it was because the vol was up to high does it at at low volumes as well. now when it plays lower frequency such as a lower guitar rhythm or drumming on the background it's okay i also tried turning noise canceling down and all the way no change. could it be possible I just got a bad set???? anyone ever had this issue??

Truly exceptional product. Kudos to the engineers at Bose for putting the customer at the center. Love every moment of using these.

Sound is great but they don’t sit in my ears that well

Great for listening to music. Suck for phone. People said I sounded worse on buds and best using the phone to talking. I will say they are very comparable to the 700 noise cancelling headphones in terms of sound and same about of noise cancelling.

They have Bluetooth connectivity. I put my phone on my pocket where I have my music and connect these wirelessly and listen to music at work. It’s great.

I purchased these because I thought lost my soundsports, but I’m happy I made this purchase. I just wish they had the locator feature.

Great wireless headphones. Attach to my music player automatically each time. Controlled from the Bose app on my phone and charge wirelessly.

Great ear fit. Only wish was that it would play regardless of what ear bud is in.

I have been an avid Bose Earbud user for over 10 years. The fit and quality has been unmatched. Up to now... No matter what I tried I could not get these to stop falling out of my ears. On top of that, they aren't comfortable to wear for hours like my Bose Soundsport Free were. I was so excited about these I preordered them for my wife and I but we both ended up exchanging them for AirPods Pro, which are cheaper, much lighter, have all of the same features, and most importantly stay in my ears. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality and noise canceling are excellent, but if they won't stay in your ears and are uncomfortable, what's the point.

Works very well stays connected little bit of a learning curve on touching the headphones for features

The sound quality from these is insane BUT they don’t play well with the iPhone when compared to the airpods. Voice calls are choppy and inconsistent. If you’re focused primarily on sound quality from music these are great. For more mixed use, the apple airpods are a better option.
