    I have a lot of Bose products but these ear buds were not up to the exceptional standards of Bose. When I received the first pair they would not charge. I took them back and got another pair and had the exact same issue after having them for a week. I called Bose support but that was useless. The sound quality was good and noise cancelling was good. Returned product again and got refund. I give up. I can’t believe I got two defective products.

    I got these to compliment my QuietComfort II. I felt the noise cancelling wasn't as good and I couldn't for the life of me get then to fit properly in my ears. I ended up with the airpod pros

    I bought Bose to use when I’m working out, especially outdoors, and to reduce the background noise that users on the other end of the call may hear. Unfortunately the earbuds kept falling out my ear after having it in for only 10 minutes. I tried using all the different inserts but to no avail. Also, when I’m on the phone, users on the other end could hear a lot of the traffic and the smallest bit of background noise. I tried changing the settings, but that didn’t work. As a result of the issues I’ve experienced, I don’t use it.
