Can't beat the sound quality from these ear buds. I did have a problem with one of the earbuds and with my warranty bestbuy exchange them with a brand new pair. Without question. Absolutely amazing service.

The more I wear them the more I love them. PROS: These are extremely comfortable to wear on conference calls for hours. The noise canceling is amazing. I can't hear anything around me when the ANC is set to max. It's great to tap and move the ANC to the two other favorite positions (5 and off). Volume control was added in a later firmware update and works very well. ANC when flying - I have now flown with these and can watch movies on planes without having to pull out my Bose 700's. CONS: The battery doesn't last the entire day, but I can normally get a recharge between meetings. They are a little larger than some of the competitors, but to me, they are worth it. OVERALL: I can't recommend these strongly enough.

these are a big upgrade to the soundsports but a little disappointing compared to the air pod pros I have all 3 and hate to say the airpod pros function better but these like the soundsport are way more comfortable if wearing for long periods of time my disappointment is in the controls not as easy to use I have had to take out my phone many times to play song / answer call will say sound is great comfort is incredible and I do like them but was looking forward to getting them and have been using airpod pros for what I thought would be temporary but may have to hang on to them for now

Very little not to love with these. The sound is very very good and the noise cancelling is stellar. Although the wingtips make for a bulkier design overall they are much more comfortable in my ears and fit just right. That's the primary reason I switched from my Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds - I just could not get them to stay in my ears without fiddling with them alot. These Bose I put in and can wear them for hours without every touching them. Only dislikes - I wish they were a little less bulky, same goes for the case.

Sound was amazing active noise counseling is wonderful some of the best I've heard I just didn't like the way they fit in my ears so I gave my set to my daughter which she loves them probably spends 10 hours a day with them on her ears

I love my quiet comfort earbuds. Great for the gym, running and just relaxing. Perfect for when you are taking a plane ride, blocks all noise.

I had both sets of these white and black and I had the same results with both. Constant glitch and disconnect problems. It sucks because this is a really mixed bag product you get premium quality for the build quality but a small battery and a huge case, to top that off they're incredibly comfortable and the noise canceling is the best on the market. I guess if you're on a lot of planes these would be perfect. But for me working out in the sun all day it was nothing but problems. They are not designed for The working Man.

Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds have been the best ear buds I have owned. I am able to control them through the app and maneuver my way through the sounds and gadgets. I highly recommend.

Complete noise cancelling...super high quality sound...could be better microphone quality when using to talk on the phone...over all the over-ear headset has the better mic, but these have better sound

Wow! Superb quality, comfort and sound. Easy to use and pair to your phone. The charging case for your headphones charges quickly. The buds fasten snug, securely and comfortably to your ears.

Stays put for the most part. May have to adjust from time to time if you are doing work or at the gym as they may shift when sweating. But I think that would happen with any pair of buds. I love them!

The sound clarity is superb! And its actually noice canceling. My only complaint is none of the ear padding things fit in my ear and kept falling out.

Bose still has the BEST noise cancelling out there. Sound quality is excellent and I do love the earpieces as they are very secure yet very comfortable. I can wear them for 8 hours straight with no issues.

Best headphones I've ever had. They are expensive but if you can afford it they are worth every penny. Love them! Amazing sound quality and incredible comfortable. They also stay in place.

High Quality sound as expected from Bose. Noise canceling in my older wired Bose buds seemed a bit better, but definitely plenty of noise canceling with these buds. Also like the levels you can switch between. Does seem to top out the volume before painful which is probably a good thing. I often wonder about people that say the buds don’t get loud enough. Many probably have hearing loss already. Length of battery charge hasn’t been a problem, but I don’t ever have them in my ears more than a few hours at a time. All day listeners may drain bud energy, but the back up charge in the case handles that well.

Great ear buds! I got these after I returned another set of BOSE earbuds that were designed to help with sleeping. now, these are a much larger earbud that I would not recomend sleeping in, but for killing the sound around you so you can work in a noisy office they are top knotch! when you engage the noise cancelling feature it really makes a huge diference. I have a set of SONY headphones as well, these cancel the noise just as good (if not a little better) then the Sony set. Also, just another comparison.... my wife owns a set of the Samsung ear buds. (the ones that look like jelly beans) these are much more comfortable to wear, and stay in my ear better.

I wanted to love these. They sound really good, and the noise canceling is excellent, but switching from one bluetooth source to another is a painful experience. I own a pair of Surface earbuds, which I absolutely love, except for the fact that they don't have noise cancellation. I also own a pair of Airpods Pro, which have excellent noise cancellation, but very mediocre tone, lacking in bass and fullness. Hoping to find the best of both worlds, I picked up these Bose earbuds. The tone is very good, almost as good as the Surface earbuds. They do give a little of the 'plugged up' feeling in the ear, but it's not too bad. The problem is in the switching between devices. I bounce back & forth between two phones, my ipad, my TV, and my PC. With the Surface earbuds and Airpods Pro, I simply select the earbuds under bluetooth settings, and away we go. With these Bose earbuds, I would have to go to the Bose app, and disconnect the earbuds from my iphone before I could then connect them to another device - even devices I had already connected them to previously. You are forced to sign up for a Bose account, after which the app stores your devices, in theory allowing you to simply select the other device. Alas, it doesn't work that way. You have to disconnect within the app on your primary device, then go to bluetooth setting on your other device and connect from there. How ridiculous is that? I tried these earbuds at home, at work, walking the dogs, and on a couple of airline flights. I ended up returning them, as they're just too much of a hassle for daily use. I'll continue using my Airpods Pro for my noise cancellation needs (airline flights, mostly), and the awesome Surface earbuds for everything else. Side note: I also tried the Galaxy Buds Live at the same time as the Bose, Airpods Pro, and Surface earbuds. The Galaxy Buds Live sounded fine, but they were slippery to hold and insert, and the noise cancellation is completely useless. I literally had a hard time figuring out when the noise cancellation was on or off. If I didn't have the app open, I probably wouldn't be able to tell. The Bose noise cancellation was far superior (as was the Airpods Pro noise cancellation) to the Samsung. Lest it seem I'm too hard on the Bose earbuds, I am a big fan of Bose in general, and have owned and loved other Bose headsets and other products. Just not this one.

I’m a big fan of these earbuds. I also have a pair of the AirPod Pros and prefer the Bose. I had a lot of trouble keeping the AirPods to stay in my ear. The Bose fit perfectly. Great sound and battery life.

The noise cancellation and sound is good. Choosing the right side tip included in the box is important for ear comfort and fit. The only thing I dislike is the tips. They are a bit wide and I feel like they could be shaped a little less wide for better fit. Also, the headphones connect from the right ear piece. So, if your right ear piece dies or if you want to only use the left ear piece you can’t. For the price of the headphones, I would’ve thought that both could be paired to the phone individually.
