These earbuds are definitely noise canceling. They are great to block out the world except for your music. The only drawback is they only connect to one thing at a time unlike my bose headphones. You cannot watch a movie on your tablet and monitor your phone calls, unless your calls are linked through your tablet. Maybe Bose will update the software to accommodate two linked sources. Also, you cannot turn this off, except by putting them back in the charging case. They work as intended with a little inconvenience.

I’ve owned the previous version of these and used them for over 2 years; so I know what I wanted in a new pair. I got mostly what I needed. Intuitive touch controls? Check. No longer sticking out of my ears like Frankenstein? Check. USB C case and wireless charger? Check. The ability to change volume on the earbuds? No check. The ability to skip forward? No check. However the sound quality is second to none, the stay fit tips don’t move, and the noise canceling is always great. I would recommend the upgrade if the few small things don’t bother you. 4/5.

Nice sound interesting noise control. But this provide sometimes more noise if they aRe not in use. Cannot use the left and right independently for calls.

They look big and bulky, but they fit and sit well in your ears. The sound quality from earbuds is on par with most over-ear products. The noise-canceling is outstanding. Because they're not gigantic, they will not get the giant bass that many want, and I'm sorry to say we don't have the technology to produce the earth-shaking booms you get from a ten-inch subwoofer. On the other hand, the mids and highs are clear, and in most cases, if you aren't lost in the moment, you can hear what others are saying. Another advantage is that you can place the charging case on your wireless phone charger to keep its battery full and fresh. Well worth the price to me.

Excellent! They have amazing sound which is not surprising for Bose. They also hold a charge for extended time and the charging case is great.

Love these earbuds! Noise cancelling is perfect, even with just one earbud in. Dictates texts, and responds to commands accurately. So happy with this purchase, also bought my husband a pair.

The best wireless noise-canceling headphones ever - and I’ve had several over the years. Excellent sound in all frequencies. Easy to use with the Bose app. Good fit. Great battery life. Easy controls.

I use these every single day and sometimes for great lengths of time (if traveling, etc). They never hurt or feel uncomfortable! I forget they’re even in my ears. Bose doesn’t disappoint.

Bought these for workout earbuds, and I now use them for literally everything. Better than AirPods to be honest.

I have been very happy with both the Bose quiet comfort Earbuds and the neoprene case I bought with them. The noise cancelling is outstanding and the battery life much longer than the apple earbuds I was using. My complaint is while I ordered both the earbuds and case together, the earbuds were shipped to me free, while the case was not allowed to be shipped to me at any price. I had to ship them to a friend who mailed them to me. Overall the combined shipping cost more than the case. Also while i could use the bonus points to buy the case, I was not allowed to use it for the earbuds themselves. very frustrated with Best buy over this.

I love these earbuds! The sound is great and pretty easy to use. I was concerned that they will not stay in my ear but the design make them stick well. only 3 things I wish Bose change: 1 - the left bud does not have all the the functionality and some require the right one 2- would be nice if they actually tell you the battery level when you first out them on (you can see it on the phone and app) 3- I actually don't think the buds themselves are big; however, the case is BIG! However, best buds I ever had (Samsung, Apple, Sony).

These headsets are great. The noise canceling function is superb, great for flying or running equipment like mowers and power tools or just shutting the world off around you. There is a case battery and the earbuds battery, both have sufficient capacity and their charge times are not very long. My only complaint is that mushroom (part that sits in the ear) can sometimes not feel like it is fitting correctly. I kind of wish Bose would offer different sized buds. They do come with 3 different sizes, but from what I can see, the only thing that changes is size the portion that locks the earbuds into the earlobe and not the ear canal.

Overall I like these a lot. They're lighter than the previous version. Good noise canceling. Both buds are used for phone calls rather then the one, in previous model. They're comfortable and sleeker.

Just bought these and I have to say I am impressed with these. Aesthetically, very very nice. They fit nicely and have customizable tips. They feel secure on my ears. They have active noise cancelling and are supposed to give good passive noise cancellation. I will say that their active noise cancellation is not as good as say the Quietcontrol series in my opinion and they are almost the same as the Sony wf-1000xm3, although the Sony earbuds do seem to win this time. I decided to give this 5 stars because these are some very very nice earbuds, customizable fits, stays connected, comfortable, are water/sweat resistance, and have good active noise cancellation. Overall, these are a great buy!

I like the product it fits like a glove and the sound quality is great and the battery is awesome it last for a long long time before I have to put it back into the cradle and let it we charge

Sound quality is spot on especially the noise cancelling. Only down fall is phone quality the mic has room for improvement. Overall I would recommend.

Great earbuds. I use them when i mow the lawn and I dont have to blast the volume to hear over the lawnmower. 2 levels of noise cancelation and the option to turn it off.

Great earbuds with incredible noise cancelling capability. Easy to set up, easy to use, very comfortable, the audio quality is great as well. Hands down the best product for the price point.
