The bose earbuds are really great in sound quality and the noice cancellation is a A+. But for the high price of these earbuds , they should at least g8ve you the option in being able to wear either one of the earbud on , with these bose you can only wear the right one cause is the only one you can talk out of .and if you want to listen to just one earbud it has to be the right one and for these price we should be able to listen to both or either one not just one .and on the app you cant c9ntrol the equalizer for the music ,i guess bose already customized the earbud to its own taste it should give the customers the option in letting us decide how we want to listen to our music we should be able to control the bass or treble etc.and simpli bose dont allowe us to do any of it .im about to try the new sonys earbud ill give an update in comparing these two in a week

Hey! I'm pleased to hear you love the sound quality and noise-cancellation of your QuietComfort Earbuds. The right earbud holds the microphone and will need to be used when making calls, with one singular bud or both buds. The Bose Music app will allow you to control your volume and noise cancellation. The earbuds feature volume-optimized Active EQ technology - It boosts highs and lows for consistent balance. If you're looking for the ultimate noise cancellation in wireless earbuds, this is it! I had them on while cooking, and with my range hood on at 72dB, I could not hear the fan at all! Good comfort as well, the are not heavy and the ear tips are soft silicon that do not cause discomfort when pressed against your inner ear. As far as sound goes they are typical Bose, I would say the soundstage is more forward than the Sennheiser Momentum 2's. Decent detail and articulation considering their intended purpose. Highly recommended!

This is an interesting device. The sound is amazing. The fit is great, but the design is not great. You have to leave the case open to let the buds work. So if you walk away from the case, even with the device, you have to carry the open case with you or you lose contact with the device. I use these to sleep at night. These are not conducive for travel nor are they great for walking or exercising.

These have amazing sound quality. The noise canceling is the best in class. I have the sennheiser true wireless momentum 2 and while they have excellent sound and noise canceling the Bose are richer and cleaner and in a different class for noise canceling . I’ve had the Sony WT-1000XMF. The Bose are just a lot better. The Bose are the most comfortable fit I’ve seen.

My score is actually 4.5. These were always awesome sounding along with a very good ANC. When I first got them it would have been a 4. But now I am able to adjust the volume. And that has bumped them up. Now, if they can be integrated with Google Assistant instead of the default app on your phone (which for me is Bixby because I have Samsung), they would go to a 5 for me. They are extremely comfortable in the ear. Q

The sound on these are amazing!! It would be a 5 if they allowed the left earbud to stayed paired without having the right one out too. They could have better touch controls as well. The sounds more then makes up for them and they are super comfortable, I can't tell they are on even after hours of listening to audio.

Noise canceling is nothing short of spectacular...

First things first. If they do not fit or are not comfortable, do not bother with the earbuds, no matter which ones you are considering. If you are constantly fidgeting with them, adjusting them, or taking them out because they hurt your ears you will, inevitably, stop wearing them. Moving on... I have had the AirPods Pro since they came out, which do a number of things pretty well. They are great for voice calls, noise-canceling is good, comfort is good and sound quality is good (very subjective, I know). They also have a very small form factor (both in ear and the case). I tried the Jabra Elite 85t bud could not get them to stay in one of my ears. Adhering to my first comment, they went back and I did not consider any further. I have the Sennheiser MTW2. They have a great fit (to me), the noise-canceling is decent, and the sound is nothing short of phenomenal. The phone call quality is pretty good as well. They are slightly larger than the AirPods Pro, both in ear and case, but are manageable. The Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds are in a strange spot for me. Audio quality is a little better than the AirPods Pro, but not as good as the MTW2. They are the least comfortable to me, but not totally uncomfortable, meaning I never forget they are there, but they do not hurt or bother me at all. For phone calls they are on par with the AirPods Pro, and only slightly better than the MTW2. They are the largest, both in ear and the case, and by a wide margin. Where they win is noise-canceling. The noise-canceling, which is probably why they are so large, blocks out almost everything. The only thing I haven't used them on is a plane, but based on experience with what they do in my other uses, I expect they will be just fine. Having said all of that, after following my first comment, my suggestion is this. If you want earbuds that are the best all-rounders, get the AirPods Pro (assuming you live in an Apple ecosystem). If you want the best noise-canceling, get the Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds (these will give the NC 700's a run for their money, though obviously short on other features when compared to them). If you want the best sound quality, get the MTW2.

    The Beautiful Sound of Bose

I have purchased several Bose earbuds and Airpods. The Bose earbuds sound ten times better. I’m an Apple user who prefers these over the Airpod Pros. The Airpods H1 chip is flawless. The downside of the Bose earbuds is that it’s missing the multi-point feature. This is where the Airpods shine. However, Bose wins hands down when comparing sound quality. The sound is crisp. Also, Bose wins when comparing ANC to the Airpod Pros.
