These are great. The tips are nice and the noise cancellation is amazing.

Sound so much better then apple air pods pro. Battery lasts a long time and more comfortable then air pods pros.

Bought these for my wife. She was reluctant at first because she didn't like the in-ear tips, however, she loves these! The noise canceling feature rivals her over the ear Bose pair, they don't fall out and the battery life lasts for a decent time. The case usually charges them a few times before needing to recharge the case as well. The wireless charge for the case is also a big plus. I can't imagine getting a pair that sounds better! Even at low volume, the bass doesn't drop off...

Like all Bose products, these ear buds work well. Noise cancelling is effective and comparable to Apple pros. If you don't care that much about active noise cancelling, the Bose SoundSport ear buds are the way to go. They add a strap between right and left ear and a control on the strap. You can access features you can't on the QC buds. But, the volume up and down is a nice feature but quirky. Keep a finger on the bud too long and it invokes siri or voice control, depending on your settings. (iPhone). The app works well and does as it claims. But, we're looking at big money. Sound: really about the same as the SoundSport. It really should be better for the price paid. Verdict: SoundSport. We put these up against the Sony competitor, WF-1000M3 which work as well for a better price. Plus the fit was a bit quirky with any of the 3 sets of tips. The medium worked the best but had a tendency to slip out. Pros: Good sound, nice volume control. Cons: Price, poor fit with any of the tips. Bottom line: Great product but pricey and other Bose earbuds are just as good for a bit less.

I've only had these for a few weeks, but so far, I'm very happy. The sound quality is rich and pure and the noise canceling is effective. This is my second pair of noise canceling earbuds. I used the wired pair for several years, but wanted the convenience of the wireless, as well as increased battery life. I originally paid $279 for them, and was then very pleased to see the price drop to $219. Best Buy as usual honored the new price.

...And I have tried MANY. My wife and just about everyone I know busts my chops because I seem to have a new Bluetooth headset or pair of buds every week. My wife has three birds that I am convinced are trying to kill me, and these make them tolerable. The sound quality is amazeballs with or without the noise cancelling turned on(which is adjustable), and the battery life is fantastic. Strongly recommend!

My personal experience with these are perfect. Once you get them download the app & do the update & personalize them however your prefer. I personally think there the best in sound,fit,noise canceling for in earbuds & I have purchased & have just about every name out there of earbuds & these are always my go to. I got these on a great deal so makes them even better but even so there well worth the original price

True, I MEAN TRUE noise cancelling! If you've ever thought you've heard noise cancelling before, put that to bed. I work in maintenance and drive an older diesel truck. The noise of the air handlers, compressors, fans, motors are noisy and can disrupt music listening. I put these bad boys in and it is just me and the music. Everything else is drown out to the point where you forget things are running. Traveling with my diesel, I have a loud resonating exhaust that limits your ability to hear the truck radio. With the use of my previous Bose Sound Sport Free earbuds, I could listen to my music, but never knew I was getting background resonance. After a 5 hour drive, it would take a few hours or a day to get rid of the reverb. With the true cancellation, all of that is gone. I know I have a diesel motor, but it literally has no sound with the cancellation. The music and voice clarity is superb. The highs and mids are on point and the lows are present, but a little less boom than the previous Bose Sound Sport Free earbuds. These do not have the ability to adjust the preset ranges, all you have is whats available on your phone. The lack of bass isn't a deal breaker, the noise cancellation may have something to do with that as well, being that I don't listen to these in anything other than full sound cancellation. You have 3 preset cancellations, but have the ability to adjust and save your preferred cancellation setting in the app. The app is new, the old app while handy, wasn't as user friendly to an older crowd. I have a co-worker who stays up to date on tech with me and the original Sound Sport Free app was tough for him to navigate. If you're hesitant on getting these, get them. I was on the fence and went back to an original pair of "Phone manufacturer" wireless earbuds, I couldn't even fathom how I listened to those before finding Bose.

Bought these at the last minute before boarding a return flight home. Disappointingly, one of the earbuds did not work at all, right out of the box, which was sealed (i.e. it was not an open box item). The Bestbuy at my home town replaced them without any issues. Superb service as always from the Bestbuy team! Takes a bit of time to configure and learn how to use the tap function. It is very convenient once you try it.
