Excellent sound. Perfect fit and long lasting battery

Bose is a product I always like and bought. Its the quality of the product.

I’ve tried Beats, Panasonic headphones and these, by far are the most comfortable ear pieces I have ever had. The noise cancellation feature is everything. Highly recommend. I also got the Bose headphones with the wire. Probably the best brand when it comes to this in my opinion

I have had several earbuds, and I don't know if it's because of how my ears are shaped, but I have never been able to get one to stay in place; especially the apple EarPods. These are amazing and their shape allows the to stay in place and never fall off. The sounds quality is great, they are a little bulkier than some models, but I absolutely love it.

Loud and it blocks any outside noise. Love how they fit in my ear.

I have tried the Jabra 85t (got them a few days ago and hate them), the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 (absolutely loved them but they were too uncomfortable for me), and the Bose SoundSport Wireless (had for over 4 years and loved them but they recently broke and I wanted to start using true wireless earbuds). I waited forever for these earbuds to come out. I was dying to get Bose's true wireless earbuds after I had already loved their SoundSport wireless. I was going to get the SoundSport Free after they came out but didn't because of all of the bad news about its video latency issues and such, so I waited for these to come out and followed news on them closely for a while. Untested: -Call quality. I don't use earbuds for calls and haven't tested the call quality for these earbuds. Pros: 1. ANC is obviously amazing 5/5. Bose is know for it. Its how they made their brand, so obviously they would be great. Way better noise suppression than Momentum True Wireless 2 and 85t. They are almost too good, because I think I might be sensitive to too strong ANC. When I have it on any setting above 6 or only have one earbud in with it on (sometimes is on when it shouldn't be which will be a con) I get a headache. Still, amazing noise cancellation and even showed it to a friend and had them freaked out by it. 2. Sound is amazing 5/5. Sound is the most important thing for me (other than comfort). Not as good as the Momentum True Wireless 2 (no true wireless earbuds are better), way better than the 85t and pretty better than the SoundSport wireless. Very strong and smooth mid-range and a good amount of bass (I really don't care for bass, but this was a good amount of it for me as it really "filled the room"). The sound is crisp, clear, and just overall excellent. I listen to pop and rock from the 60-90s, Frank Sinatra, and sometimes classical music and it is amazing in with all of them. 3. I absolutely loved the Stay-Hear soft-tip design of the SoundSport wireless, so I knew I wanted to get a Bose true wireless earbud. They are still very a comfortable design and stay secure in the ear. Bose definitely makes the most comfortable soft-plastic ear tips (however, I had issues with mine, which is talked about in the cons). 4. Plastic seems to be good quality and not cheap (85t were junk plastic and Momentum True Wireless 2 were very great quality). Case is ok quality as well (button issue and size cons though) 5. Battery life is really good. 6+ battery life is way more than enough for me, since I would wear them for no more than 4 hours maximum anyway and I always carry earbud cases. Cons: 1. Not completely comfortable for me. I could wear the SoundSport Wireless for hours and forget they were in my ear. Not the case for these earbuds. I have very small ears with cartilage that points inward toward my ear from the outside area, so I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable earbuds (hence why I will return my loved Momentum True Wireless 2). The soft plastic is comfortable (but even the small size seems a little too big for me), but there is a hard plastic tip that sticks pretty far into my ear. My ear channel gets pushed out by it and causes discomfort. The SoundSport had a shorter hard plastic tip, making it comfortable for me. I can keep the earbuds a little farther out of my ear and not turn them as much but then they become somewhat loose because of their weight. 2. No equalizer control. Pretty big issue, even though the sound is amazing. Sometimes I'd rather lower the bass and I don't have this option. Even the junky Jabra 85t had equalizer controls. They could (and definitely should) provide a firmware update in the future to add it. 3. Heavy and very large. Absolute tanks. Biggest in-ear earbuds I've ever seen. They can also be easily knocked out of your ear with a brush of your hand (not to great for commuting). 4. Case is huge. Biggest in-ear earbuds are going to have the biggest case, thought this case seems a little extra large than it should be. Not very convenient for commuting again. Also the button to open the case is very hard to press for some reason (design issue). 5. No spatial sound. Not a huge issue but a con neither-less. Another thing they could add in a firmware update. 6. Earbud touch-controls aren't very good. Weird layout and basically no way to customize them. Also, they should have a beep sound or something for each time u tap the earbud so you know if u did it correctly (Momentum True Wireless 2 has this). My discomfort with these earbuds are why I tried the Momentum True Wireless 2 and 85t. If it weren't for returns being extended to January, I would have probably already sent them back to play it safe. I might try the SoundSport Free and see if they are truly bad (since they should be very similar in design to the SoundSport wireless). then decide on whether or not I will keep these earbuds. I might end up just no doing any and wait yet again, or just go with headphones and a cheap pair of true wireless for commutes. Amazing sound and ANC, but the small change in its hard plastic design made them uncomfortable.

Three options for level of noise cancelling is key!

These buds are perfect in every way! You can hear what you want with clear crisp sound and block out what you don’t want to hear by using the noise cancellation. I have very small ears and have had a hard time finding any buds that fit ( comfortably). I finally found them and could not be happier!

Had to replace my first pair within a year because it went faulty and wouldn’t connect. Now, my second pair has synching issues in the left headphone. During the time the headphones were actually functional, they were still hardly worth the price. The touch functions make it difficult to adjust the headphone itself without accidentally triggering something (skip, pause, etc.). I appreciate the Aware/Quiet modes and the overall sound is good, but I truly wish I had never purchased these.

Just what I needed for working in my woodworking shop. The adjustable noise cancelling allows me to hear the machines (for safety) but I can limit the noise that I hear to protect my hearing. Not as quiet as the Bose ear cover style, but much more comfortable and not as hot in the summer.

Great sound quality, battery life is great especially with the charging case. Only one downside is that you can only wear the right earbud alone. Using just the left one by itself does not work, but it's not hard to adjust to!

Nothing sounds better than Bose Noise Cancelling headsets. I wore them for the first time to the gym. I head nothing but music, no other unwanted noise. Further, the gym was testing there sound system; the gym was playing loud disco type music, I never heard there test. The ear bud were put through their paces and never fell out. Very happy with these ear buds.

These are so much improved from some of Bose first in ear buds. They actually stay in. The sound and noise cancelling is great, the pairing is nice, and the fact that they pair automatically when taken out the case is a bonus. I like the sound of them, and I like being able to talk on the phone with them as well. Great set
