They were not easy to pair to my phone and if you don’t pay close attention to the directions it could take a while. Also you have to download the app but it’s confusing as to which one to choose and then you have to pair with the app... exhausting. But eventually I got it. They are decent, the sound is good. They take some getting used to for your ear. None of the gels work just right but they are ok.

It falls out with very little effort, despite properly inserting it. I have also found the touch controls to be difficult to use, often failing to respond to touch commands. The sound quality and range are awesome but when used for phone calls, people stated they could hear excessive noise, indicating it was not doing a good job of noise canceling of my environment, unlike the QC35's that work very well in all regards. Unless a solution to the earbud falling out can be found, I will likely have to return these.

The new StayHear® Max Tips are designed with a unique umbrella-shaped tip and an extended flexible wing to keep your earbuds securely in place no matter how much you shake your head or jump up and down.
