Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t get enough of Bose , early this year I purchase the soundbar 900 with 700 subwoofer, then early summer purchase the 700 headphone then I got tired and annoyed of my apple air pod falling out from ear while using it , so I decided to try this and hoping it will stay in my ear all the time when using and behold it did but sadly a month ago I lost the case bummer , now I have to buy a new one but overall I love it .

I had one major issue with these, if I turned the volume up all the way one bud would crack and pop. I even tried a second pair, same issue. They sound awesome up to the halfway mark and have a very long lasting battery. But with the cracking and large size of these I returned.

Pleased to hear that you're impressed with the sound quality. Sorry that you're experiencing this crackling and popping at high volumes, this shouldn't be happening. Have you tried connecting them to an alternative device and also tried playing from different sources? I'd also recommend ensuring that the latest firmware is installed via the Bose Music app, or by visiting https://btu.bose.com on a computer and following the instructions.
