Two things must be my left ear no tip combination would keep it in for long. and then they would quit operating and I had to call support. who tried resetting but it did not hold long. disappointed. maybe I got a bad one.

If this was based only on that, 5 stars. But, the software and connect ability is lacking. I have several Bose products and love them. These just don't meets the standards I expect.

Good noise cancelling, design could be better

But there is one thing that could be better, these headphones are difficult to have them in your ears. After some time they are out and this is frustrating. This is not something extremely bad but it could be annoying. I recommended as a decent cancelling option.

The noise cancelling is also the best out there for truly wireless headphones. I've heard the airpods pro and these win in both categories of sound quality and noise cancelling. They are unfortunately not very comfortable. I wear them to workout and they stay in my ear just fine but become pretty uncomfortable to wear after an hour and a half or two.

I have very small ear canals and they kept falling out. These are much more secure, better noise canceling, and sound quality is good. Even with the smallest ear cushions/adapters i can only wear them for 60-90 minutes before they become uncomfortable. Touch features are good, but not always responsive.

I do not use these headphones when working out to avoid moisture damage. I am not sure what happened. I did exchange for another set and they are working fine. Sound is good. Bass is not the best but that is to be expected. Noise canceling is superb!

Can't switch device from earbuds

The silicone ear fittings block sound better, and stay in my ears better. The huge miss for the this product is the same as the 700 series headset. You cannot change device from the headset. You must find which device it connected to automatically and disconnect. Is it the phone in my pocket, the iPad in my bag or the Mac on my desk?

Posted .Hey Charles, When the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds charging case is opened for the first time, the buds will automatically enter discoverable mode and Status Lights will pulse blue. The earbuds can then be detected by your mobile device. To connect a device and learn about more features, you should download the Bose Music app to finish the connecting process. If you don’t have the Bose Music app, you can follow the directions within your smartphone’s Bluetooth menu to connect the earbuds. Once the connection is made, the Status Light on both earbuds will turn solid blue. To connect additional devices, you can press and hold the Bluetooth button located on the charging case until you see the Bluetooth Status Light slowly pulse blue or hear the “ready to connect” voice prompt spoken in the earbuds. Then, just follow the directions within the Bose Music app or the Bluetooth device menu to finish pairing. You can connect to and play audio from only one device at a time.
