These were great just very heavy and in need of some memory foam earbud tips. The biggest con was not being able to use the left bud without the right bud being engaged. The provided ones are ok but do not provide the comfort of memory foam. Otherwise a great sounding pair and great noise cancellation. Definitely beats the AirPods Pro in sound and anc.

The noise cancelling is a little better than the AirPod Pro. The silicone ear fittings block sound better, and stay in my ears better. The huge miss for the this product is the same as the 700 series headset. You cannot change device from the headset. You must find which device it connected to automatically and disconnect. Is it the phone in my pocket, the iPad in my bag or the Mac on my desk?

These are amazing sound and the noise cancelling is NEXT LEVEL. I dont know if i would pay 280 for them again but they're cartilage caviar. Just know when you do the update for them in the app that it suggest (firmware) they will likely trigger a bug that makes the balancing (Left to Right fadeout) sync with the volume..very annoying but a quick reset fixed this. Just hold the sync button for like 20 seconds while buds are charging AND THE CABLE IS CHARGING and they will reset.

I love the sound and bass !!! They are a great pair of earbuds. The only thing I’m still getting used to is that good snug fit so they don’t fall out. They have 3 sizes for the inserts so they should be fine but I can’t seem to put them in correctly. It’s not the product, it’s me. I don’t know how to put them in my ear, lol

Once again Bose, out of the park! These buds are incredible. Comfortable to wear and noise cancellation is spot on!

These are fantastic! Love that I can turn anyone off with the noise canceling. Nothing like sitting in a room knowing someone is trying to talk to you and you can not hear them. best invention ever. Wife is not all that excited about my purchase. Oh well! Have no issues connecting to many different blue tooth devices.

The best noise cancelling bluetooth on the market only if you are lucky to not get a defective product which happens often and size is a little too large although thats a matter of preference

I bought 2 sets of these earbuds for Christmas for our household and we love them. So pleased on how easy they were to set up - follow the directions to ensure you have the most current firm ware update to control the volume right on the bud its self. Use the Bose app for all the settings and also use your device for the best sound settings. Good noise cancelling also. I love the blue color also and the soapstone.

This is a recent purchase. So far, they are great. Can't beat the sound, comfort and quality. No regrets thus far.

This is my first pair of noise canceling earbuds. I do like them. Previously, I had Bose Soundsport Wireless earbuds which I liked. My only complaint is due to fit and size. I can get them in my ears, but I feel like they will fall out;however, they don’t. I don’t like the single connection point.
