Great headphones. Amazing sound quality and fit. Wearing now!

Great product, works and sounds really great. My biggest complaint is the limited information in print regarding use and functioning. I'm an older person so I'm used to good instructions and I would say the instructions for use are limited, whether in hard copy or online. Otherwise, a great product.

The reviews are true. Astounding noise cancellation and great sound. I have 3 acres to mow with a zero turn. Thought these might be worth a try. Wow is all I can say. The mower sounds like it’s in another room idling when I’m sitting on it mowing at full throttle. And the nicest part is that I can turn the music down low and still hear it clearly. Very happy. I realize they are not cheap but I feel for me they are 100% worth it.

Amazing Bose earphone. Best sound and comfort. They don’t fall off my war like the pros.

So I’ve owned Bose Soundsport and Bose noise-cancelling headphones for several years now and have absolutely loved them. So when I wanted to update to wireless earbuds, I figured I’d go with Bose again because of their outstanding quality and reliability. Sadly, my confidence in Bose has been severely shaken after purchasing these Quiet Comfort earbuds. Now, when they work they are pretty solid. I thought the sound was great, the noise cancelling worked well and the fit was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing them the left earbud went dead while I was on vacation and wouldn’t charge. I tried all of the trouble shooting tips, but nothing would work. So I finished my vacation with one earbud (which was a pain) and decided I would would just exchange them when I got home. After doing just that the new pair worked very well for a period of time. Of course wouldn’t you know it, but here I am on vacation again and now the right one this time won’t charge and the earbuds won’t work at all. Of course none of the recommended troubleshooting techniques work (shocker) and I’m again stuck with dead earbuds while I’m out of town. I suppose when I get home I’ll see if I can return or maybe exchange them, but either way these earbuds have been nothing but a hassle since I bought them and I really don’t know if I can ever trust Bose enough to buy one of their products again. Based on some of the reviews on here other people have experienced this issue and perhaps Bose should look into why it’s happening this often.

Noise cancellation really works well. Fits well and does not fall out if you pick the right size ear bud.

When I got these I thought I hit the jackpot but no. Bose should know better than this. Noise canceling is not on par with others and the sound software and hardware let me down. Also, they are just big in the ear.

These earbuds are really comfortable! The spund is amazing and easy to connet to devices.

I LOVE the noise cancelling! At first, I had a bit of a hard time adapting to them, but I LOVE IT! It helps with distractions and/or if you want to not listen to the outside world, these are very nice. Oh you know, the shape of these earphones are a bit off, a bit uncomfortable at first to place correctly in your ears. But after you adapt, their totally fine.

They did sound really nice but it had this popping noise that really hurt my ears. I tired adjusting settings but to no avail. Wasn’t turned up high on volume either. It might have been that I got a bad batch. It happens. BUT, they did sound amazing when they worked. Had to take them back tho. And it scared me in getting another set.
