Noise cancellation is excellent, comparable or even better than most over-ear headphones (I compared to my Bose QC 35 II). Connecting it to iOS and Android devices is very easy, though not as seamless as that of AirPods to iPhone. Sound quality is exceptional, with rich bass and good surround effects. Pricy but value is high given the premium experience.

The sound amazing, the noise cancelling has to be #1 in ear headphones, love that the charging case is has wireless charging besides usb-C, and the new ear tips are really smooth and better than previous products. One can is that there is no volume gesture control but I believe it could be easily implemented in a future update thru the boss music app.

Doesn't work, connects but doesn't do anything

The left one had issues making the connection sound when I would put it on even though the quite & aware modes would work when tapped but eventually it would connect, then sometimes would connect, then never connect. Now the right one doesn't makes any sound either & the modes on the left don't work anymore. It says connected but does nothing. I haven't damaged them or gotten them wet. The reset did nothing. Good thing I put Best Buy Geek squad protection on this.

I'm surprised you've had audio and connection trouble, but I would love to help you with this. I'd recommend making sure that the earbuds are not loose when placed in the case, and don't move around. This can help with making sure the earbuds turn off correctly when the case lid is closed.
I'd also suggest trying the steps here https://bose.life/466GCqt and here https://bose.life/466Y0LP to help with the intermittent sound and one earbud not connecting.
